    Summary: I was struggling between switching the sim every time I was to receive a call from my work (from outside the country). Having Sonetel for such effective prices is really helpful.

    Positive: Having an alternate number for such effective prices makes it easy for contacting my team out of country.

    Negative: None. But one nice upgrade on retaining the number for longer period could be helpful. As, at times, the number isn't used for a month while using applications like Teams.

    Summary: Once you are signed up and registered, the post sale service is excellent.
    Overall service and concept is excellent. i especially like the fact that SMS messages can be sent you via e-mail, so at least you get them.

    Positive: Service post sale is very good, once you are registered. The requirements with sending copied of documents is a little cumbersome, but once done, the service is excellent.

    Negative: Web site is a little slow and difficult, and not too clear, and this makes it difficult to comply with all requirements for registration. In addition there is no availability to contact anyone by telephone in oder to determine how to finish registration, only be e-mail. Suggest a tel number one could call to get assistance
