Summary: Easy to setup and simple too. The cost is affordable. I like that I could select from a variety of number options.
Positive: Very convenient to have a toll free number up and running same day! Plans are easy to understand and simple to set up.
Negative: No sms available for text verification apps that require it.

Summary: This whole thing is still quite new to me as a user so I am not sure if it is reliable, however do far seems alright.
Positive: The website looks easy enough to use. It is also nice that you can pay by PayPal so doesn’t need a credit card.
Negative: The website version seems to be not updating as prompt as I would like.

Summary: So far it seems like a great service for the price! 4 stars instead of 5 only because it's still pretty new to me.
Positive: I'm using the Standard plan; everything is working fine and as outlined so far. I wasn't 100% clear at first about how the pre-paid account balance worked, but support has been prompt and thorough in clearing that up.
Negative: So far, I haven't encountered any cons worth mentioning.

Summary: Overall it’s been fantastic, the GUI is super easy to use and the support team have been very responsive/eager to assist when needed. Also the degree of automation means getting what you need ASAP is achievable as you’re not waiting on people to manually process your requests.
Positive: We really liked how easy setup was, including that we got two free numbers to get us started straight away without having to wait for funds to clear etc.
Negative: The only downside we’ve experienced has been that if paying by credit card you need to have a cellphone registered to the card to authorise the transaction, and as a business paying with a company credit card this isn’t something we were Ybor to set up so had to setup and use a PayPal account and pay using that.

Summary: Specific to Sonetel - you get many different numbers to choose from. Some of their prices are the best and others are about average.
Call quality is decent to good. Easy to use. But their Twitter support is useless. You have to email them for help and with your questions.Positive: Sonetel's rep Shazia responds almost straight away. She is kind, courteous, professional, and direct.
Negative: Not all reps are created equal and I wish more reps were like Sonetel's Shazia.
