Positive: Cheap way to get a phone number when you live abroad and still need a phone number back in your home country, working well with forwarding options. Great support too!

Negative: No cons for me as this allows me to keep my PayPal account for example whilst living abroad.

Positive: Yaseem assisted me promptly and made me feel at ease that my query was being attended to by a human and not AI.
