It takes a while (more than a minute) for a caller to wait to finally reach other party, when I try to call. And, in my case, I have to call several times to get my line connected.

Summary: I purchased a Netherlands number through Sonetel ahead of an upcoming relocation. Setup was quick and the app itself works well once numbers are active.
I ran into two hiccups along the way. First, verification for a national (085) number required Netherlands address proof in my own name, which I did not know about until after purchase. Since I did not yet have local documentation, support processed a refund for that number without any pushback. Second, a Netherlands mobile (097) number briefly had an issue receiving incoming calls, but the support team followed up quickly, asked the right questions, and resolved it after investigation.
