Summary: I was recommended getting a virtual number for professional purposes and was recommended Sonetel, so I got to them and since I started using it it's has exceeded my expectations. It's quite easy to create an account, get the number, activate all the services and all the procedures. But what I appreciate the most is the effective customer support they have, which is kind, knowledgeable and fast. In addition to this, I highlight their transparency in every transaction I make because they immediately send a receipt and an invoice to my email. I started using my number and works perfect. I can't be more satisfied.

Positive: Super easy to use interface. Very slow start up costs (the lowest I've seen of all virtual number platforms). Good customer service.

Negative: There isn't a completely pay-as-you go plan. We were looking for a platform that we could just pay for calls and not have a monthly fee.

Negative: The information of the verification to be need should be given at the very beginning of the web page before submitting or buying the product. If it already is, it should be highlighted. If the service wasn't that fast, It would be very disappointing.

That works well and it is easy. The odd question we have for their support team is answered quickly and with information we asked for.

Negative: We have not experienced any issues and if there is one, their support team is fast and friendly with replies.

Unfortunately I have not used my phone number yet and nobody has called me to that number so far.
I just called to my number yesterday, November 4, 2021 and I was very glad to see in my iPhone screen my US Number calling me. That is exactly what I needed.
My Bank In the US told me that it was imperative that I get a US Cell Number. That is why I needed this number.

Negative: So far... Nothing at all. I will have to wait a little longer in order to be able to answer this particular box.
