Summary: My company has been using Sonetel for a while, mainly for the purpose of call forwarding. From what I have heard it is an affordable and useful service for us.

Positive: Vikas from the Support Team was helpful in solving my problem and arranging a call at a time that suited me.

Negative: Myself and my colleagues struggled to navigate the website to solve the issue (changing our account settings) ourselves, and had to contact support.

Summary: Excellent experience, as it is helping me getting an international phone number with super low investment.

Positive: I created an account to try. I liked that it was easy to use and free; the customer service was very helpful.

Negative: No cons at the moment, as all the issues I had were immediately solved by the customer service.

Summary: Excellent and trouble-free provider of SIP services. Have used Sonetel for many years now, and it is super easy to be traveling and still maintain the same phone number wherever I am.

Positive: Super support, excellent value for money, trouble-free service over many years! Highly recommended, and would not hesitate to purchase again!

Negative: Not much. Maybe could use some more detailed manuals for how to configure physical SIP modems, but not a major problem.

Summary: This is an excellent company with a great product. My overall experience has surpassed my expectations.

Positive: I liked the ease of accessing the product, and the pricing is excellent. Sonetel's customer service is fantastic. These guys are on top of their game. I would highly recommend the company and the services they offer.

Negative: None. I did not have a negative experience with the company nor with their products on offer.

Summary: Great app overall. I haven't seen a strong con till now. The UI/UX is great. It does the job. Better than its competitors. Must download.

Positive: I downloaded the app because I needed a Singapore number quickly and they had a revert time of less than 1 day. By the end of day 2 I had my number!

Negative: For Singapore number, I haven't been able to set up my WhatsApp number.

Summary: I have used Sonetel before and me coming back to use Sonetel is a confirmation that I was already satisfied by the company, the service and pricing.

Positive: Great service and the speed of response was a pleasant surprise. Earlier I already used Sonetel and returning for me confirms my satisfaction.

Negative: Nothing specific for me I didn't like, no complaints so far.
