    Summary: I use Sonetel to be able to have a USA phone number while being abroad in Central America, which was not possible with prepaid SIM cards that don't have roaming outside the USA (except Canada, Mexico, etc).
    So far Sonetel has performed beyond my expectations & I'm happy with the service.

    Positive: I found the initial setup to be very easy & the process to get your new phone number working was very smooth. After initial setup the functions of receiving/making calls & SMS was what I expected & haven't found any issues so far.

    Negative: Since this is a virtual phone number in the USA, I can't use apps like WhatsApp to communicate.

    Summary: The app works very well, is easy to use and the call is clear without interruption. The service is also amazing, the support team was always there when I have any issues. I'm giving this a 4.5. Hopefully, when I can send messages, then it will be 5 for sure.

    Positive: The virtual phone number from Sonetel has a competitive price compared to the others. The company is honest with the price and its call rates, unlike other companies who only reveal the phone number's real costs after signing up.

    Negative: The voicemails are directed to the email associated with the account. They are easy to play on the laptop but need to download them when opening voice emails from the phone.

    I cannot reply to messages sent to the virtual phone number. That's the only thing I dislike after for about a month now.

    2- I also liked that this platform allows me to have a list of immediate contacts with each one of the clients, in addition, it is perfectly synchronized and also integrates with advertising campaign services and also with the sales service, therefore, each Every time we have a negotiation request in another CRM system or we have contact information from a client during an advertising campaign, this platform will be able to collect that Contact data and register it within this platform, so that we can contact the client in a simple way. .

    3- Another of the things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to make calls simultaneously with collaboration in a work team, that means that the agents in charge of my company will be able to communicate with any client by calling within this application Simultaneously, I can execute calls while they are also in a call with a client.

    4- I loved the way the platform allows me to monitor each call that is being made within my company, this platform is fully connected, therefore, every time an employee initiates a new call with a client, I can visualize the interaction they have, I can listen to that call and I can also monitor the duration of each call.

    Negative: One of the main negative characteristics that this platform has are:

    1- The free version has a limited duration for each of the calls you make, therefore, this free version is not so striking and it is not very beneficial either, since every time you try to communicate with a client, the interrupted call from immediately due to the current call duration limit.

    2- There is no type of service to be able to confirm that a client has read one of the messages that we have sent through this platform, there is currently a service that allows you to be notified when the client has received the message, however, it does not we can see with that attitude when that client opened that message, therefore, this function is very important for us to know the status of the message we have sent.

    Positive: The information provided is comprehensive, covering all possible areas of interaction with the user/customer: mobile & laptop; operation of the Apk and minor technical details of its functioning. The customer service operator is patient, knowledgeable and accessible (with time zone restrictions applied).

    Negative: The service itself (virtual mobile) has been suffering stoppages attributed to third parties (local US providers), but the consequences for the user/customer's business are potentially disastrous. Also, the USA out going calls problem had been solved but the status page had not been updated.
