Summary: Good, sufficient for what I'm looking for. The only comment I have is that sometimes the App doesn't connect calls so I end up using the Web version. Otherwise it works well!

Positive: It works well. Service is good. I like that they send emails with the script and audio of voicemails - it reminds me to call back clients.

Negative: The only con is that it works better on Web than on the App.

Summary: I found it in a Google Search a year ago and I have been using since. It allows me respond phone calls when travel and working abroad.

Positive: It is a very helpful service when traveling abroad , it is secure and offer the customer service responds quickly.

Negative: The do what they offer nothing more nothing less.

Summary: The app works very well, is easy to use and the call is clear without interruption. The service is also amazing, the support team was always there when I have any issues. I'm giving this a 4.5. Hopefully, when I can send messages, then it will be 5 for sure.

Positive: The virtual phone number from Sonetel has a competitive price compared to the others. The company is honest with the price and its call rates, unlike other companies who only reveal the phone number's real costs after signing up.

Negative: The voicemails are directed to the email associated with the account. They are easy to play on the laptop but need to download them when opening voice emails from the phone.

I cannot reply to messages sent to the virtual phone number. That's the only thing I dislike after for about a month now.

Positive: Sonetel has been an essential service for our entire company, mainly because the platform has helped us to communicate internationally with each of our customers. This is a fairly easy-to-use and very agile telephone service. The things I liked about this service were:

1- I really loved the stability of all the calls that I made within this platform, this stability helped a lot so that I could communicate with all my clients in a fluid way, in addition, the stability helped me to be able to interact with the client without any type of of interruption, achieving that each call could last several minutes without any type of problem.

2- I also liked that this platform allows me to have a list of immediate contacts with each one of the clients, in addition, it is perfectly synchronized and also integrates with advertising campaign services and also with the sales service, therefore, each Every time we have a negotiation request in another CRM system or we have contact information from a client during an advertising campaign, this platform will be able to collect that Contact data and register it within this platform, so that we can contact the client in a simple way. .

3- Another of the things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to make calls simultaneously with collaboration in a work team, that means that the agents in charge of my company will be able to communicate with any client by calling within this application Simultaneously, I can execute calls while they are also in a call with a client.

4- I loved the way the platform allows me to monitor each call that is being made within my company, this platform is fully connected, therefore, every time an employee initiates a new call with a client, I can visualize the interaction they have, I can listen to that call and I can also monitor the duration of each call.

Negative: One of the main negative characteristics that this platform has are:

1- The free version has a limited duration for each of the calls you make, therefore, this free version is not so striking and it is not very beneficial either, since every time you try to communicate with a client, the interrupted call from immediately due to the current call duration limit.

2- There is no type of service to be able to confirm that a client has read one of the messages that we have sent through this platform, there is currently a service that allows you to be notified when the client has received the message, however, it does not we can see with that attitude when that client opened that message, therefore, this function is very important for us to know the status of the message we have sent.

3- Another of the negative things about notification of calls does not work correctly, which causes us to receive calls and we do not realize it, for which I recommend that this application be used at all times within the computer, that it never works in the background, so you can keep an eye on each of the calls you receive regardless of whether the notification system is working or not.

Summary: Everything was good except the slow activation of virtual phone number. Would definitely continue to use when needed.

Positive: Telephone connection quality is excellent. The set up is easy and pricing is transparent. International connection rates is excellent.

Negative: Connection to virtual phone was slow. Took a few days. Should be connect instantly. I didn't know what was wrong, had to check the settings like 10 times. It was frustrating.

Summary: Service gets an 9.25/10 from me. The status page should reflect the efforts of technicians fixing issues with the service online or the software (Apk).

Positive: The information provided is comprehensive, covering all possible areas of interaction with the user/customer: mobile & laptop; operation of the Apk and minor technical details of its functioning. The customer service operator is patient, knowledgeable and accessible (with time zone restrictions applied).

Negative: The service itself (virtual mobile) has been suffering stoppages attributed to third parties (local US providers), but the consequences for the user/customer's business are potentially disastrous. Also, the USA out going calls problem had been solved but the status page had not been updated. Hence my assumption that the issue had not been fixed, whereas in fact the problem was new: a glitch with the mobile Apk.

Summary: Easy to setup and simple too. The cost is affordable. I like that I could select from a variety of number options.

Positive: Very convenient to have a toll free number up and running same day! Plans are easy to understand and simple to set up.

Negative: No sms available for text verification apps that require it.

Summary: This whole thing is still quite new to me as a user so I am not sure if it is reliable, however do far seems alright.

Positive: The website looks easy enough to use. It is also nice that you can pay by PayPal so doesn’t need a credit card.

Negative: The website version seems to be not updating as prompt as I would like.

Negative: Sonetel mobile app does not support free calls yet. Only desktop app supports free calls.
