Summary: The experience is positive. We just got a local number, forwarded to cell phones, is an easy way. Easy to configure.

Positive: The system is easy to configure, it has a good price compared to local providers which offer similar things but with less self-configuration and higher fixed costs.
We also had a good support response when needed.

Negative: - Verification of the account before activation of the phone number. It took a couple of uploads of proofs to be verified even I thing all were correct and quality of the proof were good.

Summary: Rounak explained me very well the problem occurring and gave me a solution to solve it.
Very helpful.

Positive: The accuracy of the answer.

Negative: Nothing .

Summary: Easy set-up experience for international numbers. Your line gets activated quickly. Customer support is ready to help you with the verification process to get your international line up and running.

Positive: Customer support is really prompt at responding to your inquiries. They help you with your needs and respond a few minutes to a few hours.

Negative: Price for the line is close to what other competitors offer. However, calls per minute are somewhat pricy. It would be nice if they offered free calls when they are done over the internet. No SMS option but this could be because of lack of support from certain countries using a virtual number.

Summary: ✓ Best company ever. You don't get an headache looking at the website, it's just simple, clean, just what you need.

Positive: ✓ - easy SIP format, no domain needed, an IP is good enough ! :-) so handy;
✓ - friendly clear Roman Empire support from India/USA;
✓ - Voicemail is RECORDING already BEFORE the beep/talking, super handy;
✓ - no strange SIP ports, just the regular ones, good for firewall config;
✓ - works with YEALINK phones !
✓ - VERY FAST SUPPORT ! super important and super cool, amazing;
✓ - Loads of phone numbers, easy choosing and CHEAP when you are not sure yet to keep a number;
✓ - no hassle for a refund on a number, people are relaxed;
✓ - very solution focussed, not sales focussed, so no typical USA sales overkill;
✓ - no running costs if you don't use Sonetel for a while, it simply stops, the numbers you lose, but no weird contracts and overkill, and you can add again money months later, and just continue, no account disabling or penetrating sales emails;
✓ - chillest company on the planet

Negative: ✓ - no Manhattan NY 212 number
✓ - Android Apps (classic and modern) might need a new version 3

Summary: I have been using Sonetel for many years and I am satisfied by the service, the call rates and their customer service. You feel that they really care for their customers which great and highly needed in this fast moving passed world !

Positive: Having a Sonetel number is a great way to have either personal friends and family staying in touch with you while abroad, without them being charged international call rates. The same holds true for co-workers, business associates and customers.

Negative: The Sonetel app has room for improvement and especially when your mobile device uses an e-sim. Still, a great way of using an app to utilize your Sonetel number while traveling.

Summary: It was excellent experience using Sonetel service. Everything is fine. I am able to receive international incoming calls.

Positive: The call service agent response was excellent. The service is easy to use. I am able to receive incoming international calls.

Negative: Nothing, everything is perfect, prices are reasonable.

Summary: i would really recommend this service to friends and family and also to anybody who has a small business.

Positive: I was connected very quickly and all my messages were responded in a very fast way, i think the service is excellent.

Negative: I do not see any cons right now because everything was fine.

Summary: Sonetel has been easy to use and very helpful. We have been using it for our UK office the last few years flawlessly and have just purchased a number for our Hungarian team.

Positive: Sontetel has helped us to keep a permanent company number easy for us. Whether our sales reps move from one area code to another or we choose to send the callers to another rep, it is all done with just a few clicks. It is hard to believe that for just a few dollars a month you can have a local number in any area.

Negative: The website could have a bit more explanation on what each page function is for.

Negative: I would be a benefit if the mobile app could notify you when there is a voicemail.

Positive: It is easy to get in touch with Sonetel support whenever encountering any issue with their website or App.
I am looking forward to using their App.

Negative: I can't think of any at the moment. I am enjoying the Sonetel call forwarding service that I subscribed to.

Summary: Voice quality is great, never had a dropped call, works with hardware VoIP phones, but UX for managing users/numbers/features/billing could be improved.

Positive: Nice VoIP service with friendly prices and great support. Virtual phone numbers are available in the majority of countries.

Negative: Web UI could be more intuitive (only used for admin tasks).

Summary: Great solution for companies that need to use additional phone numbers.

Positive: Great service and easy to set-up.

Negative: So far we don't have any cons as everything is as described.
