Summary: The customer service is always available immediately to fix any problem in my computer, to answer questions, and to teach me the methods for each task.

Positive: Able to do automatic withdrawals from client families on Monday morning, and even if I'm out of the office, I can set it up to withdraw in my absence

Negative: Every little detail can be entered into each account and it gets a bit cumbersome since I'm not using all those features

Summary: I have loved Procare! It is amazing as a teacher because it allows me to stay connected with parents while they trust their child to be in my care!

Positive: I’ve used Procare at two different daycares and have loved it! I have also used a different app (Tadpoles), so I have something to compare against and I’d choose Procare 100%.
I love how easy it is to message parents through the app and stay connected.
It is nice that you can put in an activity for multiple kids at once.

Negative: I’ve used this app for a while and I still don’t quite understand how to put my lesson plans in?
Or how the evulations work on there but it will be a process of me trying to figure it out!
Would be nice to have a place for teachers to see attendance for the week
Would be better if health checks did not need to be “approved”

Summary: Since using the app, it's been a useful tool that helped improve communication with parents. Seems more personal and parents are updated throughout the day which parents enjoy

Positive: As an admin using the desktop version, we can easily monitor real-time number ratios, which is highly beneficial. The communication section facilitates seamless interaction with both parents and staff. Additionally, the newsletter feature is a convenient tool for sharing updates.

Negative: We are still exploring the Assessment section to better understand its functionality and how to tailor it to fit our center's needs.

Summary: I feel Procare is very easy to use once you learn it! We have used it for over 15 years and are happy with the features it provides

Positive: Procare helps us track everything digitally, all in one place, saving time and paper. We have 10 sites to track, and it is nice to be able to view all our students at once! Also nice to be able to bill all families with the push of a button

Negative: Having so many different capabilities across the different platforms and websites is confusing to parents. Wish everything was located in one place

Summary: Good value for the service provided. Overall happy with features and usability. Wish more customer service reps were trained in all software not just engage OR desktop but both working together.

Positive: The time Procare saves me in processing tuition and reporting is great. So I can allocate my time to other tasks I need to accomplish.

Negative: There are compatibility issues with Procare Engage and Procare desktop

Summary: Procare is an all day go to. Teachers sign in, children sign in and attendance is easily kept in check. Each meal is posted for parents to see. Notes can be posted documenting anything you need to refer back to for each child. Parents are easily reached through messaging. Pick ups are easily verified. Children who visit your class are easily learned about. You can check their profiles for allergies, food concerns and any other information which will help keep them safe and happy in your care. The program is easy to use and all teachers are able to easily use it.

Positive: Attendance, meal counts, notes, and parental communication are just some of the useful features of Procare.
Easily viewing each child’s vital information is just an added bonus.

Negative: Pictures of each child’s vital information are not kept in albums and notes on each child are not all kept in one place. You have to scroll through a child’s activity page to view both.

Summary: Overall it has been a good experience. Not great but good. There are still some issues to be worked out. Like what Icons mean, Subsidy billing issues, and enrolling students into two classrooms.

Positive: We have been using Procare for a few years now. Customer service is quick and pretty helpful on most questions. I like that they will accept suggestions to make the software better from a user's end.

Negative: The bugs that happen. There seems to be a few problems with the parents payment function that involves Tuition Express.

Summary: Procare is a great product to purchase. I recommend to any center looking to for an easy transition product.

Positive: Procare Software is a great product to utilize in the childcare industry. Very User friendly with great customer service.

Negative: The least I liked about Procare Solutions is the features require individual purchase.

Summary: I love this system, the ability to keep in contact with families and message them.

Positive: I love this program for its ease of communication, reports, ease to use, check-in, and check-out for both staff and families. I love that it is user-friendly and easy to install. The system give updates when they are available and are easy to install.

Negative: I think some of the reports need to be updated and able to be tailored to the business that it is serving.

Summary: Overall I will recommend this software to other facilities. Its user friendly and very useful for teachers and admin

Positive: Its easy to navigate and user friendly. Everything is located under one application. Easy for parent to receive information in regards to their children

Negative: As a center, we must following procedures of DHS. One feature I would like to change is the uploading of parents and also items that they can change. This conflicts with and pose a risk when it comes to picking up and releasing children.

Summary: Overall, the Procare system is easy to use and helps me to successfully navigate the accounting for my program. While there are a few things that I do not care for, it is a good software system to use.

Positive: I like that Procare has an easy to use dashboard that will help you to access the various components of their system. It is clean and clear while giving you the basic information that you need to get started for the day. The various functions such as the reports give you a variety of ways to track the accounting and attendance in your program without getting bogged down by endless clicking to find the right form.

Negative: An issue that I have with Procare is how subsidy payments are managed in the system. For example, if a child on subsidy leaves the program, their personal information that ties them to deposits is deleted and you have to go back and reenroll the child in the program to make the final deposits. Another issue that I have is the options for the newsletter function. It is very basic and does not allow for much creativity. It also does not have a strong print or email function as information and pictures get distorted when trying to print or email a newsletter.

Summary: We implemented this during Covid and it was critical and its now the core of our program in terms of communicating with our families.

Positive: Procare keeps our school organized, teachers informed and myself the director in the loop on many issues!
Its also a quick at a glance attendance tool and an easy way to send families quick reminders at a moment's notice.

Negative: Not too many!
Would like students to be able to be part of different classrooms and not just moved or transferred. Some of our students do half days, some full and some do extra programming. I would like to have communities for all of those but it seems we can only keep a student in one spot.

Summary: Procare has allowed me to free up some time that I used to spend going in different programs to bill parents then message them if i have a quick questions.

Positive: Procare is great for billing, accounting and using for the parents also! I love the features for selecting multiple kids to bill at the same rate

Negative: When they do updates it can cause it to run slower at times.

Summary: We have been using them for 6 years. They are so helpful when you have a problem. Tracking children, billing and payments are easy to do.

Positive: It's easy for parents to clock their children in and out. Billing is easy. Parents can make payments without any help. We can use multiple computers at the same time.

Negative: All the addons cost extra money. When you need help the wait is long.

Summary: We have had Procare for six years and have been happy with the product. We can run everything through Procare and there is the ability to link to Quickbooks and payroll company.

Positive: Software has the ability to handle all the business functions of the center. It is easy to use and is accurate.

Negative: Price is higher than some other software programs. It can be challenging finding some reports and you have to hunt for the correct report.
