Negative: I would like a call back option when reaching out to support so I don't have to stay on the line while waiting an extended amount of time.

Summary: I would recomend procare to anyone looking to make a change. There are so many features, but you can take it slow and use more features as you get more comfortable.

Positive: I like that Procare is a one stop shop for every feature you need in terms of daily operations of a childcare facility. From billing to scheduling, record keeping, payroll, parent communication, and everything in between. Procare has easy to use tutorials to keep up with the ever changing technology.

Negative: There are a fair number of updates that can cause issues with the operations. Most of them are done at night, but it does slow down the software when this happens.

Summary: We are super happy with our decision to switch to Procare & have no plans to leave it! I feel that it has highly elevated our business.

Positive: It has been the best decision for the children's arts studio, from an administrative perspective. It allows us to stay organized with registration, billing, parent communication, handbooks, etc.

Negative: Being able to do a partial refund in the billing department would be extremely helpful. And I would say myself and the team is not a huge fan of the updated messaging system.

Summary: Overall we love this app. It’s very easy for employees and parents to use. It’s nice to load all updates in one place

Summary: It is a great way to keep staff, parents, and owners all connected. Easy to figure out and helpful to keep organized.

Positive: I have been using Procare for 9 years as a center director. Procare is an easy way to keep family and children information all in one place. Keeping track of staff time cards is also easy with Procare sign in. The parent app is the best part. It connects your staff directly with your families. It’s an easy way for parents to do a quick check in or for staff to send a quick update on the day

Negative: I wish there was a better waitlist option. I do not like having to make an account for a family on Procare just to have a waitlist. If the family does not come to the center we cannot delete their file

Summary: Overall, we enjoy Procare and have not looked into another option. We will remain using Procare Software

Positive: The pros for Procare Software is the easy use for the staff in the classrooms and the administrators.

Negative: The cons for Procare Software is when the platform is down.

Summary: We love it and have used it for 18 years. I have used it at multiple jobs I've been at and its just all around great.

Positive: The easy access to all of the tabs and it's very manageable, even for my grandmother who is in her 70s.

Negative: Sometimes it lags but that could also be a connection issue and not actually Procare

Summary: Overall I am incredibly pleased with Procare. It saves me time with day-to-day operations and is very user friendly!

Positive: I enjoy the convenience of everything happening on one platform - attendance, billing, staff time cards, parent and staff communication, onboarding new clients - it really simplifies my day! I also LOVE that when I have an issue with the program I can quickly get help through customer service, or I can even suggest an upgrade to the product. Love it when Procare comes through with a fix that didn't previously exist!

Negative: I wish I could issue partial refunds. Currently the only option is to issue a 100% refund for a payment, which is incredibly problematic if I am having to issue a prorated refund for a tuition or fee payment. My only workaround is to have the bank issue a check, but then trying to log the payment that took place outside of Procare get messy.

Summary: Overall, I am super happy with the app as communicating with the families has been so much easier. I wish the templates for newsletter had more options for us.

Positive: Love that this app is so easy to use. I gave four stars as there are not much options for creating newsletter.

Negative: The help desk takes a long time to answer. I also wish that the app would let us know if it is down for maintenance or so.

Summary: We are very happy with Procare, and we are constantly learning new features. We would recommend this project to other childcare centers.

Positive: The cost and features were the main reasons we chose to use the system. It is a good, easy-to-use system.

Negative: We wish that some of the reports included more options. On the child roster report, we would love to have the child's grade and school listed.

Positive: Even with its robust features, Procare is surprisingly easy to navigate. The user-friendly interface makes it simple for both staff and parents to use.

Negative: limited designs in the lesson plan and assessment portion of the app

Summary: The customer service is phenomenal. The product is easy to use, and parents/staff like it a lot. The reports come in handy for both administrative reports as well as the business office.

Positive: Procare is very easy to use for administration, teachers, and parents alike. It seamlessly connects tuition payments, reports, and communication into one convenient location.

Negative: Procare undergoes frequent updates but lacks transparency regarding issues that impact multiple areas or users.

Summary: Overall Procare has been positive to use! Our families as well as our teachers, enjoy that parents receive an email when their child is clocked in/out.

Positive: Procare is user friendly and can be used for multiple tasks. We use Procare for our attendance, billing as well as medical date reminders.

Negative: I do not like that on top of the fee we already pay, we would have to pay more for our teachers to download the app to their tablets.

Summary: For the piece, it is decent, easy for parents and teachers to use. More challenging for administration and office staff.

Positive: One stop for families, family interface, price, can bill, send daily updates, messages, etc all from one software

Negative: Administrative features are lacking and glitch, desktop is outdated and not user friendly, product support is not always able to support.

Summary: Procare is a wonderful program that has increased out center's professionalism and communication with families.

Positive: Procare provides efficient payment processing, easy family contact, simple attendance reports four our ELC.

Negative: Payments sometimes don't clear and we find out weeks later.
