Summary: The program is very helpful with communication with parents and also record keeping is all on one program.
Positive: Everything is on the same program. Our staff is able to communicate with parents. Billing, curriculum, staff and children records are all on one program.
Negative: Customer Support lacks in explaining and helping with issues.

Summary: We really love how easy it has made daily and monthly responsibilities and interactions. The opportunity to make changes by the parent to authorized pickup and photographs is great. Teachers love the daily activity feed, parents love the instant updates.
Positive: It really simplified monthly billing and attendance. The daily activity choices are awesome. Parents love to see what the kids are doing, and we love being able to include photographs of the kids in action. Newsletters re a great resource for upcoming events as well.
Negative: Parents don't always have cell phone access for the app to see daily activities or make online payments.

Can't change the choices in the potty activity, it's only pee or BM, but can't input that child did both. Not all staff can adjust attendance mistakes. Can't edit sign ins from my chromebook. -

My expierence with Procare Date: Jun 19 2024
Summary: Overall I think Procare was well made, although we do not use all of the features the program has to offer we are still very please with the parts that we are able to use. The price is a little high but it was a small sacrifice to make to help the productivity of our center.
Positive: My experience with Procare has been exactly what was presented to myself and the owner of our center in the initial meeting with the Procare Team. They are very good at answering their phone and helping in anyway they can.
Negative: There are some helpful features I feel like the system is lacking, such as their child history records. But I think they do a fine job.

Summary: We've been using Procare at our school for a couple of months now and are very happy with it. We use it on a daily basis for vital communications between admin, staff, and families and we couldn't be happier.
Positive: Ease of use for families and teachers make the app a good one to use for our school. Parents have remarked on several occasions that they appreciate how simple the new app is.
Negative: Some reports can be improved upon, ie face to name report for entire school should be grouped by classroom vs listed by children's names in alphabetical order.

Summary: For the most part we like using Procare. It meets our needs at the current moment. And Price is adequate also.
Positive: Ease of use, Signing in and out for parent use. Connecting staff and imputing/logging child activities.
Negative: I'm not a big fan of the billing and that you need to bill out each child separately from the same family.

Reports can meet difficult to interpret and sort.
Not enough capacity for creating unique invoices (for example, i have to choose for the current or next billing period but some families on 12 month payment plans receive invoices during periods their child is not in school) and not enough billing autonomy. -

Summary: This is a very good product that is reliable and easy to use. Communication options with parents could be improved. Wish we could send PDF to parents.
Positive: I enjoy the ease of implementation. Customer service is outstanding. Parents love the parent app.

Summary: Overall, I appreciate Procare and will continue to use it. It's easy to use and I would definitely recommend it.
Positive: I liked Procare's ability to interact with parents at any time. It offers parents the ability to check-in at any time with us as well as maintain their payments. It helps staff keep track of attendance, important facts for each camper, and has the ability to share photos with families.
Negative: It could use a greater degree of flexibility when trying to set up a payment plan that covers the daily rate for a partial month without having to extend into the following month.

Summary: We have been using Procare for 4 years. We have had not but positive experiences.
We use it for parent and staff communication, billing payments, incident reports, waitlist, enrollment forms for new families etc.
Procare is always looking to improve and often has updates.Positive: Great app for time cards, payments, parent staff communication, incident reports, observations and much more.
Negative: I would like for Procare to have more group zoom meeting to go over specific aspects of the app.

Summary: Good customer service, most applications are relevant to the day to day administration for a preschool. Great all-in-one platform!
Positive: I love that we can use this as an all-in-platform for childcare management. I use Procare for waitlist management, enrollment, tuition, daily reports, and more!
Negative: There are a few features I would still love to see. For example, as the director, I'd like the option to communicate confidentially with families without involving other staff members.

Summary: Good experience in most aspects. It allows for me as a director to easily monitor the happens of the center and insure that children are be provided proper care.
Positive: Great attendance keeping, scheduling, ratio monitoring. Love the waitlist option, it keeps things organized and right at your finger tips.

Summary: Overall, this is a good app for a childcare company or school to use you were able to update families on how the child’s day is going. You can do observations as well as send messages to staff and families, and you can include billing into the app where families are able to pay tuition. Everything is in real time and families are able to get updated instantly, the app is very user-friendly.
Positive: My favorite part of the app is the mood section where I can update families on how a child is feeling by using by picking a mood and then adding what they did or how they feel. Uploading pictures and videos is easy as well as updating meals, bathrooms, and communicating with families. It is all easy.
Negative: Will get an update about a server error therefore I am unable to use the app. Sometimes the picture and name of the child does not match. I have to refresh the app in order to get it to work.
