Summary: Procare is an awesome app to use and it’s easy to use. I would recommend this app to use for beginners.

Positive: Procare is a great starter program for beginners in the childcare industry. It has multiple benefits for using Procare.

Negative: I have nothing bad to say about Procare, it’s an awesome app.

Summary: I have enjoyed being able to give the parents peace of mind knowing their child is in good hands. they are able to access the daily pictures and reports as they are posted. they do not have to wait until the end of the day to see what the child has done. It is much easier to communicate with the parents through Procare. We are able to send them notes of what we may need or how the child is doing.

Positive: I like the fact that I no longer have to write out the daily reports for 10 children. I am able to log diaper changes meals daily activities all with ease on my Procare app. I love the fact that Injury reports are uploaded and the parents can see them as they are uploaded with pictures of the injury. I enjoy taking pictures of the children though out the day allowing the parents to see how much the child has enjoyed their day.

Negative: On very few occasions we have had trouble with log in. It was quickly handled.

Summary: Just starting out but I love the guided tutorials and how easy it is to navigate for staff and parents.

Positive: The virtual demos, constant communication and easy access to customer service. Even when I wasn't ready to sign up, as I was still shopping around, the sales rep Loren was extremely helpful and responded to any questions I had over email.

Negative: As we have just signed up, there have been no cons so forth!

Summary: We have been pleased with Procare at our center. Parents, especially the ones new to childcare, love the idea of managing their billing, sending us messages, and communicating with teachers all on one app. I love looking at pictures that teachers post.

Positive: The app is easy to send messages and posts in real time to parents. As an administrator, I can scroll through the classroom activities and post as well as monitor messages.

Negative: Sometimes there is a need for an update and we will have issues with use. Parents will be frustrated when they can't sign in their child but this is really our only issue.

Summary: Overall, Procare is easy to use and very user friendly! It works perfect for what I need it for! Procare is very helpful in my day to day tasks.

Positive: My favorite thing about Procare is that I can communicate with my students' parents about their day! I can send pictures, activity descriptions, and notes about her meals.

Negative: There is nothing I don't like about Procare! It is very user friendly and a helpful part of my day.

Summary: Over all my experience has been good. I would highly recommend this app to others. It has been a pleasure to use.

Positive: The app is user friendly in most aspects. It allows both the parent and the teacher to communicate on the go, and parents can get updates on their child all day via their phone. The customer support is always amazing. They work on an issue until they get it resolved.

Negative: The lesson planning area is hard to navigate and a bit clunky to use. When you change an activity it changes all lesson plans for every class in the school.

Summary: It's not a bad program. We have used it for over 5 years now and it works well. It keeps us all connected and on the same page.

Positive: I like how everything is linked together. From the administration to the classroom and even billing Procare is a one stop shop.

Negative: I wish it had a view all page to help see a list of all kids checked in and what was entered. Its a chart that helps you see if you missed someone when entering things for the day instead on clicking on each kid individually to see what was added.

Summary: Overall I am happy with Procare. It is a beneficial system to communicate with parents and provide a daily report. There are some places that could use improvement but it is in general it works well for our classroom.

Positive: I like that it is easy to select activities for children to share with parents and guardians. Parents are easily able to send messages to the classroom as well to let teachers know if they will be late or if their child will not be in attendance that day. As a parent, I enjoy getting the email summary at the end of each day.

Negative: We have issues with connectivity at times. It would also be nice if there were more features in the bathroom activities section. I work in a mixed classroom and being able to set some children to default to potty over diaper would save a lot of headaches.

Summary: Procare Solutions provides us with software management, payment collection, enrollment forms, parent interface, attendance tracking, and more. While we regularly see what new/improved competitors exist, we have yet to find a software option that is comparable.

Positive: Procare Solutions provides our school with the best range of features that we have been able to find (and at the best price point). It covers many of our software and office needs and provides teachers and families with communication, connection, and ease of access.

Negative: Our school's enrollment and scheduling options (in which students enroll in multiple classes at a time and in multiple programs throughout the year) requires multiple workarounds with Procare Desktop's tags/tracking. Additionally, there are several features in Procare Online/Procare App that we wish had more options/flexibility.

Summary: Overall, I am happy with Procare. I use the Procare daily to conduct the child care center operations. I am satisfied with the product.

Positive: I like the attendance and staff tracking, creating documents like allergy lists, photo lists, attendance sheets, and billing sheets.

Negative: I wish the data and information from Procare sheets could be used/shared in Excel documents.

Summary: Even with the terrible support I recommend it highly! When it is working nothing can beat it. Procare is the best childcare software out there.

Positive: Procare is easy to use, and to learn for new teachers. It allows communication and daily updates to be seamlessly shared with parents.

Negative: Customer service is all bots and AI, who cannot help you. It can take hours if not days to get a response from a person who is empowered to help you.

Summary: I have enjoyed using Procare for the past year. I think it's a super easy. platform to implement and train new staff on.

Positive: The ability to use the software as come fairly easy to all ages of our staff and parents. its very user friendly, simplistic and straight forward as to the information your looking to post as well as the information as a parent you may want to see.

Negative: I wish we had the ability to post photos in to messages to parents. This would be helpful to tell the story when sending messages.
On that note the uploading of pictures in the incident report area seem to run slow, which isn't idea when your notifying parents of an injury.
At the end of the school year we aren't able to extrapolate photos by child, year or class. This would be helpful when creating class yearbooks, graduation slide shows etc.

At times, it can be difficult to get a timely response, especially when trying to reach my account manager or calling in for help — I've been on hold for extended periods. I’ve also been trying to inquire about adding lead management but haven’t heard back yet.

Summary: Great product! I would definitely recommend this product to any school. An easy way to track student information.

Positive: Easy of Use, I like that when updates are available - and how they are communicated. Easy to understand.

Negative: The process of going from a lead to a registered student.

Summary: I really like the software. I have enjoyed learning it as well as implementing it within my child care center.

Positive: Ease of use, I did not know anything about procare before, I taught myself and it was relatively easy to learn.

Negative: Very complex. Some people that are not computer literate may have a hard time using the software.
