Summary: Overall I would recommend Procare to others and have many times. I have been using the product for more than 20 years and it works better than others I have tried.

Positive: -Great customer support
-Ease of use
-Procare Engage for parents and staff
-Multiple reports
-Parents can easily pay online with Procare

Negative: -It is sometimes hard to find the right report. There are a plethora of options for reports, but that also makes it difficult to find the best one to use.

Summary: We use this in every aspect of our day,. From child reports, to tuition, to sign in and out, and so much more, it has made managing our preschool much easier.

Positive: We use Procare solely for our registration process, enrollment, and tuition processing. During Covid, we began using features that we hadn't used before; such as the parent engagement app. That has become a crucial part of our program. We use it for photo sharing with parents, as well as messaging. It is great to be able to send messages, like texting, without having to give your cell phone to parents.

Negative: The cost has been steadily increasing each year.

Summary: Overall a great program and benefit to our center. It has been a time saver for us in managing our immunization tracking. We like the features of the various reports that can be printed throughout the month.

Positive: Helps us with ease of keeping family and child data aligned.
Tuition express feature helps keep payment on time.

Negative: Still learning some of the features. I am looking for more training/support on using more features.

Summary: Overall we love Procare! It allows us access to all 3 schools and all functions and reports needed to run day to day operations.

Positive: Procare is great for keeping track of all children and staff enrolled and currently in the school. We love having in school and online payment system. the parent app is great for keeping in communication throughout the day. I love having access to all 3 schools in one place and its very easy to switch between schools!

Negative: the only thing i do not like is that the system logs us out after 15 mins of inactivity. Its not a bad thing for security reasons but more of an inconvenience having to log back in.

Summary: I have used Procare for 15+ years and would not consider any other child care software. Every feature you could want is included in ProCare and Tuition Express.

Positive: For us the best feature is the keyless entry and the ability for parents to sign kids in and out and then the door unlocks. I also love Tuition Express and the ease of billing and collecting tuition.

Negative: Customer Service. This is definitely and area for improvement.

Summary: I have been using Procare for over 20 years and that should be a testament to how well this product works in our industry. I have checked into other systems and none of them compare to Procare.

Positive: I have been using Procare for over 20 years. Procare has been the best childcare management system. I have talked to a lot of directors and most other systems can not do what Procare can.

Negative: I don't have any bad things to say about Procare.

Summary: The app is great, I like to use it.

Summary: Overall, love this product and would recommend to any daycare to increase efficiency and decrease workload.

Positive: Switching to Procare has allowed us to increase our efficiency in the office. The automated billing and parent codes to sign in and out their children makes this a seamless process.

Negative: There are still some features not available such as automatic late fees.

Summary: Our experience with Procare Solutions has been very positive. We have been using it for 12 years and, after trying another software that didn't meet our needs, quickly returned to Procare. Its user-friendly interface and numerous benefits make it an invaluable tool for our operations.

Positive: Overall, Procare Solutions is highly valued for its ability to enhance childcare management through a comprehensive and user-friendly platform.

Negative: Some users have reported occasional performance issues, such as slow load times or glitches which we have had a couple, which can disrupt daily operations and cause inconvenience. However, Procare Solutions is very quick to address and resolve these issues.

Summary: Overall, this software fits the bill for what we want to offer to our families. Their fast, friendly and supportive customer service is great and it is easy to use.

Positive: Procare offers great solutions for our organization, especially for sign in and sign out, parent portal, and epayments. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH!

Negative: There is some batch reporting I'd like to have, but it is not enough to detract from the other benefits the software provides for our before and after school care program.

Summary: Overall I love the usability and cost of Procare. We use the contactless sign in everyday. Some parents use the kiosk and others just use their phones. Great features.

Positive: We love the contactless sign in for parents. It's easy to setup and use. We use this feature everyday for our parents to sign their children in and out.

Negative: The newsletter section needs more templates. It would be nice if we could upload a newsletter and send out.

Summary: Overall, I would have to say that Procare listens to their customers when it comes to the program. A lot of what we need is already met by their constant flustering g to their customers.

Positive: -Ease of use

-Child acct attaches to billing and such with ease.
-Cute little surprises built into the program (changing your style and such)

Negative: At this time there isn’t any cons to this. We are super happy.

Summary: Overall, we will absolutely continue to suggest Procare to everyone that we come across that is looking for recommendations. Our parents live the communication procare provides and so do we!

Positive: We have used Procare for several years now and have grown exponentially since our first use with it. We now have 3 centers and procare has made it very easy to integrate each new center & make them all manageable. We love the features of the app.

Negative: I wish the app was a little easier to navigate as far as switching between centers (it's just tedious) but overall nothing to dislike
