Summary: Overall, I think Procare is the best childcare management system there is. It integrates food program, attendance, family accounting, and staff management all in one place.

Positive: This software is easy to use and mostly intuitive. Once set up, you are able to run a variety of reports that are useful in all areas of your childcare business. I am a long time Procare user (17 years) and I'm still learning new ways to use these reports in my day to day management. I like the food program reports, enrollment reports, and attendance. We are able to customize our staffing based on child attendance and that saves a lot of money in payroll hours.

Negative: I would like to be able to allow parents to make payments on the Procare parent app with the credit card fee like you can do in the center. We have also had a problem changing out the profile pictures for children on the parent app. When a child enrolls as an infant and has an infant picture on their profile, we have not been able to change it as the child grows and changes.

Summary: Easy to use for administrative staff, teachers and parents.
Procare is always working to improve quality.

Positive: Procare provides great and knowledgeable support whenever needed.
It is user friendly which makes it great for our industry.

Negative: Accounting does not link with other accounting programs like Quick books which requires our accountant to make manual entries.

Summary: Wonderful! I'm excited to be able to use this program in my new preschool!I know it will save us a lot of time.

Positive: The training/onboarding process was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful with helping me learn how to use Procare for my preschool. I'm new to childcare software and they patiently answered all of my questions!

Negative: I cannot really think of anything. Everyone was very helpful.

Summary: It was literally the best decision I have made in regards to communication and record keeping. Changed the way.

Negative: I wish that parent engagement and desktop synced employee time cards like it does for children sign in and sign out.

Summary: Overall using Procare has been a smooth process. Many of the features are very user friendly and can be figured out with very little training.

Positive: I like the ease of use when it comes to all of the features offered by Procare. The platform is very user friendly. The payment integration with Tuition Express is a wonderful feature and cuts down on the time spent billing and collecting payments.

Negative: The only area that can be difficult is when entering immunizations, if you enter a date wrong for the first immunization, and then continue entering dates before realizing your original error, you have to go back and change all of the immunizations entered rather than being able to add an additional immunization to the top.

Summary: We love Procare! We will continue to use it for years to come. Procare has made our day to day operations easy

Positive: We have loved using private. It is easy for our site to manage, families love it, and the cost is great!

Negative: Not applicable. There are no cons to the software.

Summary: I am very happy we switched to Procare. The implementation was a breeze and customer support has been outstanding.

Positive: Procare was easy to implement, parents love the information updates, staff are able to quickly update parents and communicate as needed with parents.

Negative: Credit card fees need to be able to be billed automatically to parents.

Summary: I've been using it for over 15 years and I love it. it is so easy to use and I love that it's connected to the engagement app for the parents as well.

Positive: Procare makes keeping track of attendance and records and billing so easy. It is so nice it's all in one place.

Negative: The cloud is down sometimes but they seem to fix it fast.

Summary: Procare is great! Parents love it, staff love it and admin love it! Keeps us all in communication and up to date.

Positive: Procare has many features that help organize our center. The day to day communication with parents is top priority and Procare Connect makes this very easy!

Negative: The number of websites. It would be very beneficial for myprocare.com and Procare Connect to be on the same website for convenience to the parents.

Summary: Overall it is such an amazing app. It is so easy to move around and find what I am looking for. The support team is also so very helpful in every aspect!

Positive: SO easy to navigate, so easy to find what I need. It is easy to log into the system and to shut it down. It is easy to find who I am looking for.

Negative: To many notifications. To many times having to change passwords

Summary: I highly recommend Procare to any center that needs a quality program that will meet all of their needs for running their business. It handles everything -
student enrollment, parent accounts, staff records, deposit reports, parent communication and much more!

Positive: As Director of a preschool I truly appreciate how easy Procare makes it to organize enrollment information of both the parents and the students. Being able to utilize bulk emails and bulk text messages has simplified many of my communication issues. I also truly appreciate how Procare support ALWAYS solves any issues I may have. I have even called them for some really dumb "user" issues and they still make me feel like a valued customer!

Negative: The only "con" I might possible have is that some times the wait time for customer support seems a bit long. However, that is understandable if they are providing their other customers the same personable and efficient service they provide me.

Summary: I love how easy it is to navigate within the app. It is so easy to find what I need without the hassle of looking for anything. I love that you can just search for something and it will be there. Everything is labeled and can be found within seconds.

Summary: Overall, Procare is amazing. We have built our company up using this system and it has kept us consistent as we have grown.

Positive: Procare is a great software for managing our childcare center. We have used it for 20 years, and as it continues to improve, it gets better and better. The accounting features is our number one reason for staying with Procare. All other platforms are always missing one piece that Procare has. Being able to manage staff, families and accounting all in one place truly makes our job easier. Once learning and understanding the platforms it is very user friendly. Procare's support team is great, very responsive and very helpful.

Negative: Even though we love most things about Procare, we do wish it had some features so that we could eliminate all other systems. Such as a two-way communication between the parents and admin outside of the app. Having a way to send a mass email to all of the parents and having them just respond to the email it came from.

Summary: Procare is an awesome app to use and it’s easy to use. I would recommend this app to use for beginners.

Positive: Procare is a great starter program for beginners in the childcare industry. It has multiple benefits for using Procare.

Negative: I have nothing bad to say about Procare, it’s an awesome app.

Summary: I have enjoyed being able to give the parents peace of mind knowing their child is in good hands. they are able to access the daily pictures and reports as they are posted. they do not have to wait until the end of the day to see what the child has done. It is much easier to communicate with the parents through Procare. We are able to send them notes of what we may need or how the child is doing.

Positive: I like the fact that I no longer have to write out the daily reports for 10 children. I am able to log diaper changes meals daily activities all with ease on my Procare app. I love the fact that Injury reports are uploaded and the parents can see them as they are uploaded with pictures of the injury. I enjoy taking pictures of the children though out the day allowing the parents to see how much the child has enjoyed their day.

Negative: On very few occasions we have had trouble with log in. It was quickly handled.
