Summary: This is a great experience; the team quickly responds to meet all our needs.

Positive: I love the automatic payments, parent portals, and Teacher app.

Negative: Administrative reports do not work with Kinderconnect.

Summary: Overall the system is great! I am excited to have the time to continue to explore all of the features!

Positive: Easy to use and set up. App is great for staff and parents! Customer services is always available and easy to use.

Negative: The billing screens are difficult to navigate. Additional features and filters would be helpful, for example filtering between tuition billing and attendance billing.

Summary: Overall it has been a positive transition to using Procare for our preschool program. Our parents like the app and that everything is in one place.

Positive: We love the ease of use of Procare and that we can have billing, online payments, attendance, record keeping, and parent communication all in one place.

Negative: We wish there was an easier way to share pictures/video with parents. We would like to be able to share multiple pictures (album) at one time and have the ability for parents to comment.

Summary: Once you get past setup and have been using Procare regularly, you will find yourself able to zip through a variety of tasks. Finances and family data are the key features although more is possible.

Positive: Our accountant has access easily, and the waitlist feature we added on has made bringing in new families much faster and organized.

Negative: Occasionally there will be an attempt which does not go through and requires a work around. Also when posting checks, if a mistake is made, it requires extra work besides just going back an editing, as you can in tuition/billing.

Summary: I have been using the app for a one year at my current center, but I used it at my previous center. I like how I can send info about are day all day long. That parents can send us a message or us to them right on the app.

Positive: How easy it is to send each part of our day to the families, and that they receive this information right away.

Negative: The I can't delete a profile after it has been entered

Summary: it's been positive and streamlined. We appreciate the all in one bucket app and the parents are much easier to reach through messaging than through their email.

Positive: We like the integration with gusto and quickbooks as well as the ease of having parent communication, payment and attendance all in one place.

Negative: it can be clunky. When you send out a school wide message, your inbox shows that message to every single family instead of one message with a group.

Summary: Overall, it has been a good experience. They just need to work on integrating Procare desktop and online more efficiently.

Positive: I like that it integrates childcare management including child information, billing and processing.

Negative: I am not a fan of the fact that it doesn't include a memo feature when entering transactions like QuickBooks.

Summary: My overall experience I enjoy using it, I don't have an issue like I said it helps me to stay organized with my students

Positive: The product I use is good, I like how it's user-friendly, very organized, and helps the parents and guardians have good communication skills.

Negative: I don't have a problem with Procare sometimes it does go out of the server

Summary: Overall we are very pleased with our Procare experience! It is helpful with daily class management as well as payroll!

Positive: We love that we are able to transition children to different activities so easily through Procare as well as be able to tell the count for each class at a moment's glance!

Negative: We wish that Procare had a feature for parents to sign paperwork electronically! Also, we wish there was a way to alphabetize our classroom names and the names of our children!

Summary: I think Procare Solutions is a great resource for child care centers. Families enjoy the messaging and calendar features as well as the ease of paying monthly tuition. I highly recommend it!

Positive: I like how Procare Solutions allows me to see who is signed in at a glance. The HR features of scheduling and checking timecards is also easy to use.

Negative: I did not like that you can not delete a child once they have left your facility, but you can only inactivate them.

Summary: I would not change this app, it has been a lifesaver for me. I just wish some edits would be make to make the app perfect.

Positive: Streamline billing process. Easy to automate bills and receive payment.
Clock in and out from teachers make payroll a breeze.

Negative: Meal count option in reports is awful :(
Cannot edit or create different reports than what is preset.
Payments take some time to be banked, wish it was a faster process.
Fee to receive online payments from parents is too high.

Summary: My experience with Procare overall has been good. I use it daily to check one students comings and goings.

Positive: I have really enjoyed how easy it is to check on students and contact parents. I like that I can keep attendance and know when my students are getting to school and leaving school.

Negative: I have not had a bad experience with Procare yet.

Summary: Overall setup was easy and getting started was simple. We're happy with the functionality for the price.

Positive: User interface is easy. Basic daily management functions like we need it to. Invoicing and payments are very easy.

Negative: Wish we could track vacation time for staff within Procare. Some more robust reporting and easier filtering when using tags.

Summary: The program is very helpful with communication with parents and also record keeping is all on one program.

Positive: Everything is on the same program. Our staff is able to communicate with parents. Billing, curriculum, staff and children records are all on one program.

Negative: Customer Support lacks in explaining and helping with issues.

Summary: We really love how easy it has made daily and monthly responsibilities and interactions. The opportunity to make changes by the parent to authorized pickup and photographs is great. Teachers love the daily activity feed, parents love the instant updates.

Positive: It really simplified monthly billing and attendance. The daily activity choices are awesome. Parents love to see what the kids are doing, and we love being able to include photographs of the kids in action. Newsletters re a great resource for upcoming events as well.

Negative: Parents don't always have cell phone access for the app to see daily activities or make online payments.
Can't change the choices in the potty activity, it's only pee or BM, but can't input that child did both. Not all staff can adjust attendance mistakes. Can't edit sign ins from my chromebook.
