    Summary: Overall, this app is easy to use, and very accessible for all parties. We love the ability to communicate quickly to parents.

    Positive: We love that this app has it all, from billing features, to lesson planning, to daily updates for all of the children. It allows open and easy communication between teachers and parents and the photo feature is one of parents' favorite.

    Need better customer service

    Summary: It was a good experience overall but for the lack of customer service. I cannot get someone on the phone to help and neither can my parents.

    Positive: The app is easy to use and easy to find what you need. The reports function is great and parents can easily find their tax info on their own.

    Negative: Now that we have issues with our parents getting declined payments (even though they are on auto pay), I cannot get anyone on the phone or even to respond to emails. They are not responding to my parents either.

    Summary: Happy with the actual product, not happy at all with sales, account managers, billing process and pricing.

    Training Staff is great and very patient.
    Training Staff utilize a scheduling calendar which is very helpful.

    Negative: Pricing nearly doubled, will little notice. As the year had already started, our budget was already prepared.
    Twice our debit card has been charged without actually receiving an invoice.
    After requesting our latest invoice from an account manager, I asked some questions and have yet to receive any response after nearly a month. I also left a voicemail for the account manager. No return call. As I paid the invoice, apparently, they didn't feel the need to respond.

    Summary: I really enjoy Procare when it’s up and functioning the way it should. The customer support is amazing at figuring out your issues, but it tends to go down a lot.

    Summary: Overall I enjoy most aspects of Procare. I think that it had great capability when it comes to child tracking. I would like to see more parent user friendly aspects of the app and paperwork submission.

    Positive: What I like the most about Procare solutions is being able to connect with families via newsletter. I like that it sends it via email so even if the parent does not have the app, they still get the newsletter.

    Negative: I would say I like the least about Procare solutions is that the app doesn't always connect to the desktop and vice versa. It is hard to keep accurate attendance when those two things are not properly communicating with each other.

    Summary: We got stuck on the inability to meet our billing needs. We tried a few possible manual options but they weren't scalable.

    Positive: Great feature set! This platform seems to shine over others we tested was automations, ratio tracking alerts and staff tracking look awesome.

    Negative: Unfortunately they do not support pre-monthly billing based on the variable billable days in a month. Also they don't have an Cwelcc support (reporting/subsidy) at this time.

    Security is the best part of Procare

    Summary: If we found another software that offered the biometric check in and out, we would switch products.

    Positive: We are dependent on the biometric security portion of the Procare platform. This is excellent in ensuring the security of checking clients in and out of the center.
