Positive: From the time we met the team from parcel Tracker they made it so simple to follow and set-up.

Quick and easy and user friendly , the question is why aren't you using this app.

Negative: There are no cons to using this system.

The bar scan can be difficult.

Summary: The product works really well, the backend is very easy to navigate and software is easy to configure.

Positive: Easy to use - system is very simple.
Easy to scale for growing businesses.
Administration portal is very simple to navigate and reports are easy to view.

Negative: No real cons to the software.
Throughout my journey of working with the team, any changes we required were considered and taken on board for development.

Summary: Definitely recommend this app to anyone that has large volumes of parcels delivered. There is support available too if needed. Also liked how we had personal training to show us how the app worked.

Positive: I love how it takes a picture of the parcel that has been scanned, as the site I work at we can have up-to 100 parcels delivered per day.

Negative: The app can become quite slow, my personal opinion is I’m not a huge fan of the new update, it takes a bit longer than it used to to pick up the name on the parcel but still does the job.

Summary: It's so easy and simple to use. I use it every day on-site and it really puts the students' minds at ease.

Positive: Easy and simple to use, makes parcel delivery and organisation so much easier and quicker and is the safest way in my opinion to track parcels on site. Great data to analyse when you log into the website as well.

Negative: None- everything about parcel tracker is fantastic

Summary: Really think it is a good tool in busy student accommodation. Less hassle for employees. I could not see how we would cope without it now. Each team member has it on their phones, simple and easy to use.

Positive: Being able to open a picture of the parcel works wonders. As we use it a site of over 999 people. So when on a daily basis we have 60-100 delivery, it makes it simple to find the person parcel.

Negative: Sometimes it cannot pick up barcodes when scanning. However this was fixed when the added an automated barcode if one would not be scanned,

Summary: Positive. The app has been updated a few times with user interface improvements and stability improvements.

Positive: Ease of use. Initial training that was given over a web call was comprehensive and easy to follow.
Support from Arthur and his staff has been very helpful.

Negative: The issues I've had in the past with the app not recognising some barcodes or QR codes when scanning the parcel label, seem to have been rectified in the most recent update.

Summary: I would definitely recommend parcel tracker to any business who needed it, it is easy to use, logical and does not take much thinking to use.

Positive: Really logical system when you log on the home page right up until you scan the bar code it comes up with the students names, its very easy to use.

Negative: I don't like the loud beeping when you scan a parcel or if there is an error, its very loud.

Summary: The residents love how they can easily track their parcels and the system is safe and secure. I can high recommend this platform.

Positive: It was so easy for our building manager to set the system up and it has really saved the reception staff a lot of time so they can focus on customer service.

Negative: It would be useful to have a product roadmap showing new features.

Summary: I use the app as part of my job where we keep track of parcel ins and outs and it’s good for what we use it for.

Positive: - Easy to use.
- Easy to navigate through the app.
- Makes the scanning of parcels in and out easier for my job.

Negative: - App can be very slow but not too slow.
- Also lags an awful lot but it’s bearable.

Summary: Overall, I would certainly recommend using Parcel Tracker to people in any industry. I believe time is money, and PT will save you loads of time!

Positive: Sped up everything about tracking and collecting my packages. No longer had to go through the pains of manually tracking, just scan and go!

Negative: Some confusing user interface points that seem to be being addressed :)

Summary: Very positive, will recommend to property managers in residential and beyond. It's a plug and play solution which we'll continue using and saving time for our facilities teams.

Positive: Exceptional speed of set up and on-boarding was easy regardless of the size of the block, support from the team, pricing. Great app as well, and very straightforward for personnel to use. Convenient recipient upload and removal functionality, making the move in/move out management and upkeeping of resident logs very swift.

Negative: We have not found any faults with the system, and even when we had ideas or requests of new features, the team had added this to their pipeline.

Summary: I would overall recommend this software as a huge helper to your business operation. It is user-friendly, and really convenient.

Positive: I enjoy using Parcel Tracker, software is really intuitive and easy to use. Makes receiving and delivering parcels a fun and organized process. It made our daily operations substantially easier.

Negative: There's always room for an improvement and the design could be more modern, if we are nit-picking.

Summary: Perfect experience really helpful staff will continue to use and hope to have a long future with Parcel Tracker.

Positive: Time, Ease, Cost, Staff friendliness, support the parcel app works perfectly on Android highly recommend.

Negative: Slower on IOS, android is perfect though, would like to see more filters.

Summary: Overall is very good and practical. It makes scanning parcels in and out very easy, and it makes the task quite enjoyable.

Positive: It is very practical and easy having parcel tracker. Saves a lot of time on keeping physical files. its so easy to search on a resident on it, and scan parcels in and out.

Negative: It is very slow sometimes, and the design feels a bit outdated and tired. I would like to have something more fluid, however parcel tracker is still good.

Summary: Very good experience. Had a very good chat with support team. Price is also very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Software is very easy to operate. Tried other software but this one is very easy and according to our requirement.

Negative: Everything is fine. Cant find anything better than this software.
