Positive: I like that you can track packages on the website and or on your phone/tablet. I like that you can search for someone's package.

Negative: Trying to find the right name of the person receiving. Because we have so many residents with similar names and in the same buildings.

Summary: Brilliant, I would advise anyone to get this. It just makes life so much easier. It's so straight forward to use.

Positive: It has made life so much easier and quicker.
It works efficiently, so far no hiccups. It picks up residents rooms numbers and names with ease, even with the smallest amount of information.

Negative: At the moment there are no cons to this product. Its just so easy to use.

Positive: Saves admin time, super fast and easy to use. Sends multiple emails at once and i can track usage. of parcels and staff usage which is great when I'm sending reports out to my clients.

Negative: Sometimes I have to scan parcels twice, once for name and once for bar-code and sometimes i only scan once.

Summary: It has been a good experience overall. I like that it notify s people with a QR code. It is also very convenient that it can be used with a phone.

Positive: The software is very easy to use and it is also fool proof. Even people who are not used to using technology can easily pick it up with some practice.

Negative: The app does not refresh when parcels are given out.

Summary: Overall, love Parcel Tracker! Very quick and easy and you can access it on a desktop or through the app!

Positive: Parcel Tracker changed my building company’s mail experience! We are able to keep track of all the packages we get and we are able to notify our residents as soon as we get them! No more lost packages or having messy inventory!

Negative: The con I have isn’t with Parcel Tracker , it’s just with the recipient of a package not checking the notifications we send out.

Summary: This app is just perfect to save time when having to log parcels and also less possibilities of them going astray.

Positive: This app is just perfect to deal with all parcels: no more folders, no more paper, no more excel worksheets, no more time wasting.

Negative: Maybe if there was a way that we could only scan the parcel once when we have to notify the costumer, that would be even more time saving!

Summary: Definitely an asset! Would always choose this over any logging system I've used previously any day!!

Positive: We switched over to the system earlier this year & honestly it was the best decision ever! Makes logging over 500 parcels a day that much easier.

Negative: Sometimes the app can run if you scan too many in one go but that's easily fixed with sending notifications regularly!

Negative: Sometimes the app will not identify the parcel - but then you can also still manually track the parcel.

Summary: It has been brilliant, since having the app and the phone set up, we are signing in and out parcels within 20 mins which usually would have taken us a whole day to sing in parcels one by one and sign out.

Positive: The ease of using the app, notifying residents which gives a smoother exchange between the staff and residents.

Negative: Wish we had it sooner to help with notifying our residents faster.

Summary: Parcel Tracker has made logging parcels a much less daunting task. It has allowed for greater efficiency in the work place. I can’t praise it enough.

Positive: Parcel tracker is a time saver and makes logging a number of parcels easy with its great user Interface allowing for much less human error. It saves me about 30 minutes every day!

Negative: The only issue to deal with is that the system sometimes struggled with matching names from the parcel to those on the system. Upon a second try however, this is usually resolved.

Summary: Great and simple training, easy to use product. We receive several hundred parcels a day during check-in, and this makes the process 100 times quicker than manual written records.

Positive: Quick to process parcels in, easy for students to collect. Able to easily see the number of parcels being delivered and collected each day for resourcing staff.

Negative: Nothing really. It is a bit laborious uploading all the data, but once it is in that's all that needs doing.
