Summary: Overall, I would definitely recommend this to people who have an office with a lot of employees or complexes with residents who pick up their mail from a front desk.
Positive: Finding out about parcel tracker was a great experience for me. I didn’t know notifying a huge amount of customers would ever be this easy.
Negative: Although this service was great for notifying, I realized that sometimes when I check people out, it doesn’t reflect on the app.

Summary: I would say overall the experience with it has been good. It is easy to operate and while problems do occur they are relatively minor and easily solvable.
Positive: I like that the process for using it is fairly simple. A simple scan or search allows you to input a package with ease.
Negative: The app does have its issues with keeping up to date or loading all packages scanned. It often sends out incorrect information to residents about the number of packages that we hold for them.

Summary: Overall experience is good. There are more pros than cons I have experienced with the application. I would recommend to others.
Positive: The app is very user friendly. Adding in new recipients and notifying residents of deliveries with my phone has been extremely easy. The notifications to residents is sent out quickly.
Negative: The mobile application and computer application do not update synchronously. The number of total packages differed among co-workers. Not able to scan in packages with a handheld scanner.

Summary: Parcel Tracker is a very good system for packages specially in a student building when're many packages are received through the day so we can rely on this. The best thing is that we can use it from the convenience of our phone or also from a computer. The signature and QR process also smooths the process when getting packages picked up.
Positive: -Fast check of packages
-Easy to use it from the phone
-Convenience for residents when receiving notifications
-At the moment of giving the packages residents present a QR code which makes it really easy for staff to give it back
-Easy accès from a desktop computer as well
-The signature process is very efficientNegative: -It takes too much time sometimes to update when a package is pick up.

Summary: Overall I think Parcel Tracker is a very good tool to have especially if you are in property management it’s very simple and easy to use.
Positive: What I like about Parcel Tracker is that it’s very easy to navigate. What I also like about Parcel Tracker is that when I first started using it a came with a tutorial video which was so helpful because it allowed me to get a hang of using the system very easy.
Negative: What I don’t like about Parcel Tracker is that sometimes when you’re logging out packages it can be very inconsistent because depending who’s logged in it will show you a different amount of packages are still in the system to another user.

Summary: Very good app, user-friendly and time-saver. Very useful on a busy student accommodation site where hundreds of parcels are dropped off and collected each day.
Positive: Easy web and mobile platforms, analysis of parcel numbers and peak times, easy to use via the mobile device and saves us so much time!
Negative: Syncing does not always happen instantly, sometimes scanner does not recognise a name or address but at least it has a manual search option.

Summary: Overall better than a manual system, but a few other areas need to be perfected to speed up the process.
Positive: Our previous manual system was very slow in processing parcels for residents. This definitely speeds up the collection process and informing residents a parcel has been delivered.
Negative: Sometimes scanning a label takes a long time and quicker to manually input the residents name.

Summary: It is nicely designed app and very user friendly. Student's really like that they just have to show the QR code and they can get their parcels easily. Using new technology even for small tasks shows that the company is modern and follows the trend, which is also good for the image of the company I work for.
Positive: Very user-friendly and straightforward app with nice design. Extremely modern approach of handling parcels. It makes the parcels look up easier by using the pictures we have to take when processing them and displaying the room numbers on the top. Very quick system, students are notified straight after we process their boxes. The QR codes can be scanned easily even with blurry, not well lit screens. Provides a very easy collection procedure. Easy to handle the recipients' email address changes on the phone.
Negative: You can scan the same parcel twice, the system does not recognises if you processed the parcel already.

Anybody could collect the parcel if they had the QR code, so we had to start asking for IDs again to make sure students are not collecting each other's parcels.
There is at least 3 of us during the day who handles parcels and it is time consuming to type in our email addresses and passwords every time we use the device after each other. -

Summary: It is so much better than our previous system, and easy to use with plenty of support. It really speeds up logging parcels when receiving large amounts.
Positive: Easy to use and saves a lot of time when you have a large number of parcels. I also like that you can add detail to the parcels, such is it being damaged and the size to help the customer determine if they need assistance in collecting the parcel.
Negative: Sometimes the screen does freeze and you have to start again.

Positive: It's simple, can scan multiple parcels at once and send emails straight to students.
When understood and if you are technically savvy, it can work extremely well.Negative: For those who are not as good on device's there is a bit of a struggle with names been scanned.

Often it reads names incorrectly and if emails are sent to the incorrect names, this can cause chaos because even if students aren't expecting or didn't order anything.. They cannot understand why there is no parcel there for them. -

Summary: Parcel Tracker has saved us lots of time compared to when we used to record parcels in a book. Our residents have told us they like the Parcel Tracker service because they get notified as soon as their parcel is processed in Reception.
Positive: - Makes managing a high volume of parcels much quicker and easier.
- Looks more professional to customers.Negative: - Needs to be easier for users to differentiate between the 'notify' and 'collect' tabs in the app, perhaps different colours.

Summary: Overall, it has made logging our parcels much easier and it saves us a lot of time and it is really user friendly.
Positive: I really like the manual side of the parcel tracker, particularly when we deliver parcels to rooms and we can then sign them out on behalf of the residents.
Negative: When scanning a parcel it doesn't always bring up the correct resident.

Summary: Overall, I would say that parcel tracker is easy to use and set up and their support team is great and always there to answer questions.
Positive: Easy to use, a very clear user interface. The settings are simple and easily adjusted. Overall, there are very few hiccups when using Parcel Tracker.
Negative: There have been times when the notification emails don't deliver or have significant delays. There are also occasional issues with phones syncing with the server and not sending out notifications.

Summary: The product has dramatically reduced the time it takes to process mail. Support is very good and have managed to resolve issues quickly.
Positive: The app is very quick and responsive, it takes seconds to scan parcels in and out. It recognises codes from all courier services our customers have used. The app is intuitive and easy to use.
Negative: Occasional glitches, when the app is experiencing problem the software can run very slowly.
