    Good Tracker App

    Summary: Overall better than a manual system, but a few other areas need to be perfected to speed up the process.

    Positive: Our previous manual system was very slow in processing parcels for residents. This definitely speeds up the collection process and informing residents a parcel has been delivered.

    Futuristic approach to parcel handling

    Summary: It is nicely designed app and very user friendly. Student's really like that they just have to show the QR code and they can get their parcels easily. Using new technology even for small tasks shows that the company is modern and follows the trend, which is also good for the image of the company I work for.

    Positive: Very user-friendly and straightforward app with nice design. Extremely modern approach of handling parcels. It makes the parcels look up easier by using the pictures we have to take when processing them and displaying the room numbers on the top. Very quick system, students are notified straight after we process their boxes. The QR codes can be scanned easily even with blurry, not well lit screens. Provides a very easy collection procedure. Easy to handle the recipients' email address changes on the phone.

    Negative: You can scan the same parcel twice, the system does not recognises if you processed the parcel already.
    Anybody could collect the parcel if they had the QR code, so we had to start asking for IDs again to make sure students are not collecting each other's parcels.
    There is at least 3 of us during the day who handles parcels and it is time consuming to type in our email addresses and passwords every time we use the device after each other.

    Summary: It is so much better than our previous system, and easy to use with plenty of support. It really speeds up logging parcels when receiving large amounts.

    Positive: Easy to use and saves a lot of time when you have a large number of parcels. I also like that you can add detail to the parcels, such is it being damaged and the size to help the customer determine if they need assistance in collecting the parcel.

    Negative: Sometimes the screen does freeze and you have to start again.

    Summary: It is a great tool and when used correctly, works well.

    Positive: It's simple, can scan multiple parcels at once and send emails straight to students.
    When understood and if you are technically savvy, it can work extremely well.

    Negative: For those who are not as good on device's there is a bit of a struggle with names been scanned.
    Often it reads names incorrectly and if emails are sent to the incorrect names, this can cause chaos because even if students aren't expecting or didn't order anything.. They cannot understand why there is no parcel there for them.

    Much better than writing everything in a book

    Summary: Parcel Tracker has saved us lots of time compared to when we used to record parcels in a book. Our residents have told us they like the Parcel Tracker service because they get notified as soon as their parcel is processed in Reception.

    Positive: - Makes managing a high volume of parcels much quicker and easier.
    - Looks more professional to customers.

    Negative: - Needs to be easier for users to differentiate between the 'notify' and 'collect' tabs in the app, perhaps different colours.
    - Not immediately obvious to new users about completing all of the steps when someone is collecting a parcel, so sometimes parcels have still been showing even though they had been collected.

    Summary: The product has dramatically reduced the time it takes to process mail. Support is very good and have managed to resolve issues quickly.

    Summary: Overall I think parcel tracker is easy to use and very easy to understand meaning if someone needed to take over it is very simple on what they need to do. Students haven't had issues with parcel track.

    Positive: The thing i like most about parcel tracker is, it takes an image of the parcel each time. Parcel Tracker is 99% of the time accurate with logging how many parcels have been collected already. It is easy to change someones details.

    Negative: The scanning does take quite a while to scan any barcode to notify the tenant.
    Usually having to type their details out which can be time consuming. We have had issues previously where emails are sent to students but its showing old parcels.

    Summary: Saved my skin so many times, the pictures and evidence as well as time tracking are invaluable! The metrics also help me keep my management up to date as to how busy I am, we even used it to monitor the number of students we have on site.

One site has the ability to take a photo of the package when the barcode scan fails (no beta enabled), pictures are taken normally when a barcode is seen but often one is missing if it fails (hand written package).
