    Parcel Tracker review.

    Summary: Overall I think parcel tracker is easy to use and very easy to understand meaning if someone needed to take over it is very simple on what they need to do. Students haven't had issues with parcel track.

    Positive: The thing i like most about parcel tracker is, it takes an image of the parcel each time. Parcel Tracker is 99% of the time accurate with logging how many parcels have been collected already. It is easy to change someones details.

    Negative: The scanning does take quite a while to scan any barcode to notify the tenant.
    Usually having to type their details out which can be time consuming. We have had issues previously where emails are sent to students but its showing old parcels.

    Summary: Easy app to use and provides lots of info needed when dealing with parcel collections/deliveries.
    Customer service is also really good from Arthur. He is quick to reply and solve issues.

    Positive: The app is super easy to use and navigate.
    Also has functions to view previously collected parcels, images and signatures.

    Customer service is excellent. Arthur is always super helpful.

    Negative: The app often needs to be updated and has previously pulled through already scanned parcels which has caused issued.

    Summary: Really easy to use, love the desk top version, make my job easier and quicker to manage the volume of parcels.

    Positive: Easy to use app, makes my job easier to manage parcels. Easy to add and modify user update information.Desk top version make it easier to see all parcels in one place.

    Negative: Sometimes the app can glitch and the codes don't get sent out to students. Issues with logging in sometimes if the same account been logged in for a while, the app kind of glitches and constantly reloads.

    Works Great and Manages My Stock

    Summary: Saved my skin so many times, the pictures and evidence as well as time tracking are invaluable! The metrics also help me keep my management up to date as to how busy I am, we even used it to monitor the number of students we have on site.

    Positive: Keeps Track of what I have in my cupboard.
    Works 75% of the time.
    Simple.
    Can easily update my residents details at point of collection.
    Excellent data export functionality and metrics.
    Fast and rarely breaks.

    Negative: Developer keeps changing and breaking how the scanner works, different sites have different versions of the app despite having the latest updated version from play store. One site has the ability to take a photo of the package when the barcode scan fails (no beta enabled), pictures are taken normally when a barcode is seen but often one is missing if it fails (hand written package).

    How parcel tracker helps!

    Summary: Other than that is is a great app that I think really improves organisation skills in an office or accommodation environment!

    Positive: Before parcel tracker there were multiple parcels left in the office, with people not knowing what they look like or if they have came, since I live in communal accommodation. Being a student ambassador, I have to give out and monitor parcels and parcel tracker makes this easy and simple!

    Negative: Sometimes the app lags and takes a while to load names as well as sometimes not scanning the QR code properly.

    Great idea and system but can improve on execution

    Summary: Overall the system is easy to use and answer the needs of package management. Fixing the few quirks will definitely make the experience better.

    Positive: The idea of having an app on the phone that enables you to log in the packages is very convenient. The interface is easy to use and user friendly.

    Negative: However, the two main issues were that the number of packages delivered won’t update automatically . Every time a different staff member accepted a package not all users were updated. In addition some residents received multiple notification for one package.

    Summary: It works okay for daily use, but it does have a few negatives that do create some annoyances for the individuals using the app.

    Positive: It does allow for a good amount of both recipients and users, and easily uses your cell phone to scan in the packages. It also captures an image of the package you're scanning to make it easier to find if you have a lot of packages on hand.

    Negative: Does not always sync correctly between everyone's devices. It is also very time-consuming and difficult to do any sort of package audit if you are trying to delete out packages that have been picked up but were not scanned out of the system.
