    Summary: It's really great overall, but could use a few performance improvements to optimise it for devices across various specifications (both low and high spec).

    Positive: - It's really quick and convenient at both scanning parcels and collections.
    - The online support team is very quick to assist in case of any issues with the app.
    - I like that it has both web and app versions.
    - Supports bulk import of user data.
    - Clean and user-friendly interface.

    Negative: -It lags sometimes, particularly on older or low-spec phones and older versions of android.
    -There have been situations when all parcel data has been erased from the system, however, we were able to recover it with help from the support team.

    Summary: This is a user-friendly apps that helps us schedule packages. I hope it can be improved in the future, that would be great.

    Positive: This app is very easy to use and helps our team save time in package processing. The app's design also reduces the chance of packages being misdelivered.

    Negative: 1. Not all scan photo images are stored in the system. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.
    2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on the label.
    3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

    Summary: Parcel Tracker Mailroom has made a real difference to how we handle incoming deliveries across our accommodation sites. It’s reduced complaints from residents and freed up our team to focus on other tasks. While there are a couple of minor areas for improvement, overall, it's a very reliable and effective solution that we’d happily recommend.

    Positive: Parcel Tracker has significantly improved the efficiency of our mailroom operations. Logging deliveries is quick and accurate, and the automatic notifications to residents save our team a huge amount of time each day. The interface is user-friendly, and new team members can be trained up on it very quickly. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

    Negative: There can occasionally be a delay in syncing with older hardware (like some handheld scanners), and the mobile app, while functional, could be more stable, we've experienced the odd crash during peak hours. A bit more customisation for notifications would be great too.

    Perfect for Small Apartment Building with Concierge Service

    Summary: Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

    Positive: Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
    We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

    Negative: Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.
