Summary: We love this system, it saves us a lot of time. And the customer service is very professional. We have contacted them several times, always been contacted and resolved very fast.
Positive: Fast log the parcels, and notice tenant to pick directly. Paperless and Contactless. Which can protect our staff, during the pandemic.
Negative: When the label is dirty, sometimes the scan doesn't work. But, we can mentally type the code in, so we are not bothered.

Summary: The product is very simple however, has solved a big issue for us in handling 100's of parcels in a week.
The tech support has been excellent - a process made simple - would definitely recommend!Positive: Very user friendly. Parcel Tracker has increased productivity as teams are not spending time processing parcels in the same way.
The software has made the process much smoother for our students to collect parcels as they are instantly notified of how many parcels they have in reception with a full log.
Great product!Negative: Cannot fault the product as it has made out life easier.

Summary: Overall, it's been a saint having the App. Without Parcel Tracker it would take up most of the day just for parcels, as we can sometimes get 50-60+ in a day. Even with the issues that sometimes occur, there is always a workaround, i.e. being able to manually sign off parcels if recipient is unable to find the email.
Positive: Before using Parcel Tracker, it was a bit of a nightmare having to write down the details for each parcel that was delivered - with Parcel Tracker it's much more efficient and much less time consuming.
Negative: When scanning the first couple of parcels in a day, it can sometimes be quite laggy.

I've also had an issue where, rarely, it wouldn't scan a parcel, even when scanning the Barcode for a while. Unable to recreate but it's only happened a couple of times.
Lastly, there's been a few times where the recipient hasn't received the email from parcel tracker, or they've received it much later/after they've collected the parcel. -

Summary: My site team really like using this product it has made their jobs a lot easier and a lot less time consuming.
Positive: Deepfinity parcel tracker has halved the time taken to log all of our residents post.
I really like the online Admin feature for adding new residents and changing resident details quickly and easily.Negative: Would like to see an Offline feature as if the internet drops out we get some residents not receiving their QR code.

Summary: Our organization was lacking the connection between special packages left at our backdoor to the recipient. We were able to close the gap and everyone in the hospital loves it. Where our materials management lacks Parcel Tracker was able to pick up.
Positive: I love how easy it is to use and we were able to implement it into our organization within a month. The website offers great statistics.
Negative: Pulling up history in the app as opposed to the website.

Summary: I am building manager in a large complex in Sydney. I would highly recommend Parcel Tracker it has revolutionized how concierge work, they can spend an hour and half on parcels rather than 8 hours, the residents love it, because they get their parcels much quicker. its super efficient, and easy to use. It has saved the building a lot of money as concierge can now reduce their hours or put more time into other projects in the building. It also massively reduces the human error element as it tracks and logs each parcel - making parcel tracking more secure.
Positive: Simple, easy to use, massive time saver, easy to set up. It frees up concierge to be able to work on other projects.
Negative: Nothing we love it. There are no negatives for us on this product.

Apps are available for Android & iOS devices. Features included to avoid duplication. It's versatile in that it includes options for one or two-step scanning.
Negative: This is a new mailroom software, so it is constantly being improved, but any issue has been resolved quickly by outstanding support.

I like the app's ability to find the recipient in the shipping label or lock a single destination.Negative: UI/UX elements could be a bit more accessible. The button you hold to scan could be larger and switching sites could be a more streamlined process.

2. The system easily misidentifies the numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9, especially small wording on the label.
3. If a resident picks up multiple packages, different QR codes need to be scanned, and we need time to match the QR codes with the packages. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.
