Summary: I would not now go back and would definitely keep Parcel Tracker - it is a reliable system and has been well thought through.

Positive: I use Parcel tracker every day at work. It replaced our outdated hand written recording postal system. It is far more accurate and secure. The ease of making entries on a mobile phone to record and photo the parcel makes life a lot easier. It also gives you something to refer back to if a parcel is reported lost - you can prove you have delivered it from the photo!

Negative: At first I thought using the phone to record parcels would be slower than handwriting, but once you get used to it, it is just as quick. It also outweighs handwritten records, in that you can actually read what has been typed!

Summary: Parcel Tracker Mailroom is a reliable and practical app, especially for in my work as an ambassadors in the accommodation reception. It makes handling and delivering packages much faster and easier. Despite a few minor issues, it is a very useful tool for everyday work.

Summary: Parcel tracker is a very good application for accommodations managing parcels for their residents. I is fast and easy to use and allows you to register the package and send an email to the residents in one go. Parcel tracker saves time.

Positive: My team uses the parcel tracker application to manage the volume of packages received for our residents daily. Parcel tracker makes it so easy as appose to manually logging and informing residents especially during sales for example Black Friday, January sales etc. By just scanning the barcodes and navigating the prompts you can in no time log the package and an email is sent to the resident in one go. I love parcel tracker and I would recommend anyone managing packages to use it. It makes logging packages a breeze!

Negative: Sometimes the application does not recognise a few names where you have to manually add the name .

I’ve been using Parcel Tracker for a while now, and it’s honestly made keeping up with my deliveries so much easier. The app is super clean and intuitive—logging in parcels takes just a few seconds, and everything stays neatly organized in one place.

Negative: I did not notice any cons. It has been very good so far

Summary: We use to track our packages manually and this has made that process so efficient I would highly recommend if need to track incoming office packages. It's easy to scan a package, for the recipient to be notified and for them to check out the package on the iPad.

Positive: Very user friendly software. Easy to set up recipients. For us it was important that you could add multiple emails for notification and Parcel Tracker was the only one out of the apps we were looking at that offered that feature. The times we've had issues, customer support has been quick in resolving the issues. I thought with us in Canada and the app based out of the UK, support would be an issue because of the time difference and I've always gotten a response right away.

Negative: Sometimes the android app is glitchy but this has always be resolved right away.

Summary: Overall I believe it is a great service and we use it constantly with very little issues, any issues are solved very quickly

Positive: It's easy, quick to use and clear - any issues are solved very quickly with the help desk people, really friendly as well

Negative: It can be a bit slow sometimes, sometimes scans the wrong name but it's very easily fixed

Summary: my overall experience is that the price is affordable and you get more for you buck with parcel tracker

Positive: The app straightforward to use and my business couldn't run smoothly without it. The customer service from the live chat is top notch when required they get things sorted quickly.

Negative: The app has recently been updated and made some major changes which has in turn made things a little slower for us when it comes to sorting out our parcels although the team has done their best to bring back some of the old features which I must praise them for.

Summary: A huge upgrade from using Excel sheet to organise parcels. I can also scan multiple parcels at once.

Positive: Easy use and tracking, real time updates, anyone can use in the reception. Real time customer service.

Negative: To be honest, I can't thing of nothing. Sometimes it has leggings but just close and open the app and its all done. Not a big deal.

Positive: I love that it's as so user friendly to use, and very easy to learn. It isn't over complicated and we only need one training session to use.

Negative: I don't like that if there's multiple barcodes to scan and it chooses the wrong one to scan, can make it complicated when trying to search for something, should give us the option to choose which barcode we want tor register.
