Summary: Very easy and straightforward to use, would 100% recommend. Helped me a lot with our internal mailroom needs.

Positive: Really good user interface and great customer support. Was really impressed by how quickly the team got back to me on my queries.

Negative: Some of the features change quite regularly. I like the frequent updates but can be a bit difficult to keep track of sometimes.

Summary: Overall, I have nothing to complain about! It’s made the parcel process so much easier for me & I can’t fault the app at all.

Positive: Parcel Tracker is so easy to use, I really like how you can take pictures of the parcels you need to!

Negative: It can sometimes be a little slow, but usually closing the app works a treat.

Summary: What I enjoyed, about this App, was just how easy, and fast it was to utilize it on my cellphone for purpose of daily incoming chemicals and any other type of UPS, FedEx, and DHL big or small deliveries that our department would received for our researcher staff, in the field of Biology.

Our lab members have shared their experience that they enjoyed the new system where is now paperless and no signature are required. Our lab members shared on how they enjoyed receiving an email confirmation once there package arrives to their floor. The accuracy is on point.

It also fast, and easy to back track the deliveries history, sometimes lab members misplace their package. It was a good demonstrate, and back it up with the history. Great job parcel tracker.

Positive: Paperless, no signature required, fast and easy to use on your cellphone. This apps is a time saver.

Negative: After using the app for almost 2 months. So far, we haven't come across any cons yet.

Summary: I think the app has been beneficial to both staff and students overall and doesn't cause worry to students knowing their parcel(s) may have been misplaced or otherwise without the signing in and out aspect.

Positive: The parcel tracker is a convenient for students to use because they're notified when their parcel(s) arrive and also for staff as we know how many parcels we're looking for and also what they look like from the photos. Another good thing about the app is that this system is a secure way of logging out parcels.

Negative: The one thing I think could improve is that occasionally the app will select the wrong resident to notify or sometimes won't sign as collected by phone, however you can also log the parcels out manually on the computer.

Summary: We love the software, it's been a game changer.

Our staff has saved so much time, parcels no longer get lost and everything runs smoothly.

Positive: It's super easy to use and just works every time. Point the camera at the parcel, press the button and bam, the parcel is logged and the relevant recipient is notified.

It's helped our front of house staff same so much time!

Negative: Software is great, it gets its job done. No complaints.

Summary: We have over 200 parcels arriving a day - the app lets us keep track of all our parcels and stops residents coming to reception to check to see if their parcel has arrived. We've managed to train the app out to our security team too so our residents can get the parcels at the weekend.

Positive: Notification to residents when the parcel has arrived.

if a resident has more than one parcel is puts them all together on the app meaning that when a resident collects it is easy to locate them all.

Negative: The app is a little bit trickier/manual when a parcel does not have a barcode on, though these days that is pretty rare.

Summary: Overall, I'd recommend this product, especially to anyone in the PBSA sector with a large volume of inhouse residents.

Positive: Functionality of the app.
Speed of the app, from receiving the parcel to logging it it's no more than 15 seconds.
Ease of signing in and out parcels.

Negative: Sometimes the app scans the name of the recipient incorrectly.

Summary: We introduced to our business approx. 6 months ago. This is a very easy to use software, which makes our parcel delivery process more professional and is well received by our customers.
Our business manages a lot of parcels for c100 customers, we have found that this is a really good addition to our business. The customers particularly like that they receive a notification with a photo of the parcel label. We feel more in control and can extract data from the system e.g. to see a particular customer parcel flows.

Positive: * Easy to log parcels received.
* Customer notification emails are very helpful & professional
* Able to monitor closely all received parcels, by customer if needed
* Support is first class, they really want to help you and improve their product. You raise an online chat and then speak to one of the developers that is genuine and interested to help you.
* We have the system installed on multiple devices, using both Desktop PCs & IPads to monitor.

Negative: No issues at all!

Summary: A great product that puts us in control and allows us to track the number of parcels we still have waiting to be collected. It’s a great way for us to communicate important messages regarding parcel opening hours to our students too.

Positive: I like how simple and easy it is to use! It’s a great way to track our parcels and communicate with students.

Negative: None at the moment, this allows us to deliver great service.

Summary: This software is really easy to use, saves us a lot of time as we do not have to do not have to maintain any paper trail when it comes to the parcel collection as this app has helped us in this regard with out any doubt as everything gets recorded on the app. The most important thing is using this app creates a sense of professionalism where by residents do not worry about their parcels as they receive notifications which is a great plus. It is very intuitive meaning it can be implemented and trained out quickly with little disruption to daily operational processes.

Negative: Well using this service I personally I cannot figure out any con this product has. No complaints whatsoever.

Summary: Overall, I have recommended this others because i was super pleased with how smooth and how quickly i was able to load our daily mail.

Positive: I loved that i could scan the name on the envelope and it would find them and it was super easy to scan the tracking info so clients knew what it was that arrived.

Negative: Sometimes it would not sync up when done on multiple devices. I did however start logging devices out and back in at least once a week and it fixed the problem.

Summary: It's such a great app - super easy to use! it is so easy to show others how to use also and makes scanning mass parcels so easy during busy times!

Positive: It's is such an easy system to follow, makes it really simple for people to come down and collect parcels when they arrive. we can easily can them in and they are alerted to come and collect straight away.

Negative: When scanning a few parcels in it can be slightly slow, this is soon rectified by closing down the app and re-starting!

Summary: Great app I would recommend all buildings to use this service as it's a great part of my kit to use each day.

Positive: Very user friend app easy to install and to add all information I have been using this service on a daily base for work and I can really say it is fantastic part of my daily kit to log parcels for all our residences.

Negative: I really like this app very simply to keep track of all our parcels as I receive over 50 parcels a day.

Summary: I would recommend as it does what it says on the tin. You are able to look through stats online which help to understand the businesses needs.

Positive: Overall the app is simple and easy to use. If we ever had issues or concerns we could raise these directly with the developer.

Negative: Sometimes it doesn't work well over two phones at the same time, so can be problematic.

Summary: Overall its a great app. Easy to use and update. We have to use it daily and rarely have issues would recommend to others.

Positive: I love that we can scan in and scan out the parcels with the code.
Admin input all of our residents into the phone and its easy to amend details hen needed.

Negative: Sometimes it doesn't scan out parcels correctly and tells people in the email they have more parcels than they actually have.
