Summary: Unbelievable wish we had got this sooner it's a time saving life saver. I would recommend this system to anyone, its something else.

Positive: Using this new system is a time saver and makes finding parcels so much more easy and quicker no fafing about no stress, its so simple its great.

Negative: Not come across anything that is a con it's all pros.

Summary: I have really enjoyed the short time I have used parcel tracker as it has helped making the process a lot easier, and it means that it is known straight away whether or not the parcel is there for the student.

Positive: I really enjoyed how easy it is to see if a parcel has been delivered. It makes it a quicker process, as well as allowing for less error to be made while handing out parcels. It also has a very easy to understand interface, and it takes no time at all to figure out what to do with the app.

Negative: The students sometimes were confused by the parcel tracker email, perhaps it would be better for the tracker to correspond to the company name to help those picking up the parcel understand better.

Summary: It's been a pleasure using the system so far. It's user-friendly and simple. I wish it would be more advanced and I'm waiting for the new updates.

Positive: I like how the system (most of the time) finds a recipient of the parcel automatically and the process of assigning one is quick and simple- exactly how it should be. You can mark the parcel as damaged at this step and add a picture which comes in handy.

Negative: I think it lacks a few features, such as deleting a parcel that has been assigned by an accident. The recipient should have full visibility of this and the assignee should be able to leave comments under such action.

Summary: So quick and easy for both staff and customers! The process of sorting parcels is no longer a hassle. We receive a high volume of parcels daily and this app has saved so much time in processing them. The program itself and back office are very user friendly even for those who aren't as computer literate as others.

Negative: Yet to find any negatives with the app although we are fairly new.

Summary: Brilliant for managing our 450-student accommodation. Students come instantly and collect their items so we do not over accumulate parcels over time. We take pictures of parcels which makes it faster for us to locate the parcel in the room. Overall great solution for us.

Positive: It has really speeded op the process of scanning parcels when they come in. Can do it with a phone in my hand and not opening the computer. It also sends people notifications straight away so our parcel room has never been emptier, students don't need to download any apps or whatever so its also easy for them.

Negative: Not really a massive problem but for us scanning barcode is not necessary, sometimes it still requires scanning barcode when the option is switched off. However, it isn't that much of a problem

Summary: Parcel tracker has enabled us to be more efficient and productive. Would really recommend it for any establishment that is dealing with parcels on a daily basis, especially with large quantitatives.

Positive: It is quick and easy to use, it has cut the time in half what we would spend before processing the parcels.

Negative: It would be good to set up signature when each parcel is collected, not just the first time.

Summary: Much easier to use than our old system. The students don't need to do anything in particular, which is half the battle in accommodation sites! Simple and easy app.

Positive: Really easy to function and user friendly app. Love that you can just scan the photo so no faffing around!

Negative: The student has to sign for the parcel on the reception mobile, have to clean the phone after every touch for covid safety reasons.

Summary: This is so quick and easy to use.

Positive: We have struggled at night to know what parcels have been collected previously but not its so simple to locate them with the pictures!!

Negative: I had a few lessons with my manager on how to use it but now its really straight-forward.

Summary: I highly recommend this product, it will save you so much time! It is great for businesses which have a very fast-paced work environment.

Positive: What I like the most is how much time parcels tracker saves! You literally scan the barcode and it finds the person automatically. So easy to use and the receiver gets the notification instantly!

Negative: I cannot find any cons for the product at this point.

Summary: I love it. The process is so much easier than our previous parcel service.
And for our business it is saving a lot of time processing parcels for 270 students.

Positive: It's so adaptable for the business to use.
Straight forward through the processes and our international students can understand the process and it so easy with the QR code system on their phone.
It makes staffing the parcel deliveries safer and more secure also.
We can see the whole information needed to process to who the parcel belongs to.

Negative: Sometimes it goes to a default name rather than the person actually on the parcel but it's easy enough to search the correct name.

Summary: The system has proven to be reliable and great for organising the parcel collection of a large building. Like any other system it does have its pros and cons, however, it is an easy and fast way to get through thousands of parcels.

Positive: Having it all digitally.
The fact that users receive an email with the number of parcels they need to collect and that we can follow up on them in case they never collect them.

Negative: Perhaps that the way to contact users is through email that most of the residents don't access their email on a regular basis.

Summary: Overall, parcel tracker is a game changer and will definitely be an invaluable asset to any business.

Positive: Easy to use with a very user friendly interface that allows you to process and monitor your parcels quickly and accurately.

Negative: Sometimes the tracker isn't able to scan the recipients details accurately but this is only happens very rarely.

Negative: Sometimes we had a problem with scanning the QR code so we had to do it manually.

Summary: As a student accommodation of almost 300 rooms we receive a great deal of parcels every day. Previously our process was quite slow in recording and giving out parcels, sometimes taking up hours every day. Parcel tracker has sped this process up ten-fold, parcels are scanned in batches as they arrive and notify residents in real-time, the resident then provides reception with a QR code when collecting their parcel eliminating any confusion and speeding up the collection process. The app is easy to use and has a very user-friendly PC dashboard.

Positive: Love the quickness of processing our parcels.

Negative: My only suggestion would be to set single scan as the default rather than double scan, other than that I am very happy.

Summary: Amazing makes life at work so much easier and actually quite fun! Very helpful as presents the name and room number so I can find the students parcel.

Positive: This has been great to use in student accommodation as it so quick and easy to scan multiple parcels at once. Once they are scanned this notifies the student of a delivered parcel and they then come to collect with the barcode sent out to them. This makes it easier for me if they have a barcode rather than trying to communicate and find proof of their room number. Once I scan this barcode with the app it tells me their room number and name straight away so I can find their parcel.

Negative: No issues with this app and very easy to use didn’t take long at all to understand how it works.
