Summary: The system has proven to be reliable and great for organising the parcel collection of a large building. Like any other system it does have its pros and cons, however, it is an easy and fast way to get through thousands of parcels.

Positive: Having it all digitally.
The fact that users receive an email with the number of parcels they need to collect and that we can follow up on them in case they never collect them.

Negative: Perhaps that the way to contact users is through email that most of the residents don't access their email on a regular basis.

Summary: Overall, parcel tracker is a game changer and will definitely be an invaluable asset to any business.

Positive: Easy to use with a very user friendly interface that allows you to process and monitor your parcels quickly and accurately.

Negative: Sometimes the tracker isn't able to scan the recipients details accurately but this is only happens very rarely.

Negative: Sometimes we had a problem with scanning the QR code so we had to do it manually.

Summary: As a student accommodation of almost 300 rooms we receive a great deal of parcels every day. Previously our process was quite slow in recording and giving out parcels, sometimes taking up hours every day. Parcel tracker has sped this process up ten-fold, parcels are scanned in batches as they arrive and notify residents in real-time, the resident then provides reception with a QR code when collecting their parcel eliminating any confusion and speeding up the collection process. The app is easy to use and has a very user-friendly PC dashboard.

Positive: Love the quickness of processing our parcels.

Negative: My only suggestion would be to set single scan as the default rather than double scan, other than that I am very happy.

Summary: Amazing makes life at work so much easier and actually quite fun! Very helpful as presents the name and room number so I can find the students parcel.

Positive: This has been great to use in student accommodation as it so quick and easy to scan multiple parcels at once. Once they are scanned this notifies the student of a delivered parcel and they then come to collect with the barcode sent out to them. This makes it easier for me if they have a barcode rather than trying to communicate and find proof of their room number. Once I scan this barcode with the app it tells me their room number and name straight away so I can find their parcel.

Negative: No issues with this app and very easy to use didn’t take long at all to understand how it works.

Summary: It is the best time saving software i have seen implemented for a business, it does exactly what its intended for and the support team are fantastic.

Positive: The speed!! Talk about a time saver, adding students, staff and the office into the parcel tracker takes seconds (previously it took days). Logging 5 parcels at a time is also a real time saver! Our students also love it!

Negative: Those who don't use computers daily may struggle with getting used to it.

Summary: Smooth and easy scanning, saves time. Only drawback being the collection side of the process- but this is minimal.

Positive: Using this at work every day is a breeze!
The camera is ultra sensitive to all types of parcels, and this saves us typing out repetitive emails every day.

The process is super simplified.

Negative: The only tough part of the process is finding out which parcels are held, and checking them as collected if someone doesn't bring their code.

Summary: Incredibly useful, I would definitely recommend this to any small/medium company that handles packages and mail.

Positive: Parcel Tracker is simple and intuitive, very easy to use and to teach to my colleagues. Not to mention incredibly handy for keeping track of them all!

Negative: Scanning barcode system can be sometimes a bit clunky but this is circumvented by randomly generating them if needed.

Summary: Really fast and easy to use, we get over 400 parcels daily so works perfect.

Negative: Trying to find the right name of the person receiving. Because we have so many residents with similar names and in the same buildings.

Negative: At the moment there are no cons to this product. Its just so easy to use.

Positive: Saves admin time, super fast and easy to use. Sends multiple emails at once and i can track usage. of parcels and staff usage which is great when I'm sending reports out to my clients.

Negative: Sometimes I have to scan parcels twice, once for name and once for bar-code and sometimes i only scan once.

Summary: It has been a good experience overall. I like that it notify s people with a QR code. It is also very convenient that it can be used with a phone.

Positive: The software is very easy to use and it is also fool proof. Even people who are not used to using technology can easily pick it up with some practice.

Negative: The app does not refresh when parcels are given out.
