    How parcel tracker helps!

    Summary: Other than that is is a great app that I think really improves organisation skills in an office or accommodation environment!

    Positive: Before parcel tracker there were multiple parcels left in the office, with people not knowing what they look like or if they have came, since I live in communal accommodation. Being a student ambassador, I have to give out and monitor parcels and parcel tracker makes this easy and simple!

    Negative: Sometimes the app lags and takes a while to load names as well as sometimes not scanning the QR code properly.

    Great idea and system but can improve on execution

    Summary: Overall the system is easy to use and answer the needs of package management. Fixing the few quirks will definitely make the experience better.

    Positive: The idea of having an app on the phone that enables you to log in the packages is very convenient. The interface is easy to use and user friendly.

    Negative: However, the two main issues were that the number of packages delivered won’t update automatically . Every time a different staff member accepted a package not all users were updated. In addition some residents received multiple notification for one package.

    Summary: It works okay for daily use, but it does have a few negatives that do create some annoyances for the individuals using the app.

    Positive: It does allow for a good amount of both recipients and users, and easily uses your cell phone to scan in the packages. It also captures an image of the package you're scanning to make it easier to find if you have a lot of packages on hand.

    Negative: Does not always sync correctly between everyone's devices. It is also very time-consuming and difficult to do any sort of package audit if you are trying to delete out packages that have been picked up but were not scanned out of the system.
