Summary: Overall we are happy with the product. The simplicity, features, and cloud-based management console are all things we were looking for.

Positive: Love the simple use and design. The app is great and very easy to use. The Kiosk is a very welcome feature. The cloud-based management console is amazing. No need to "have" to be on our own network.

Negative: Delivering packages should also have the same process as receiving them.
The company needs to accept more forms of payment.

Summary: Overall, the app is really helpful, although ironing out some issues would make it quicker to use. Adding a feature to scan multiple packages for the same person would be helpful. Also making it so that if the bar code and name are both visible in the same scan, you don't have to take two scans would save time.

Positive: Parcel Tracker is essential in letting our residents know if we have their parcels and also to keep track ourselves. It is for the most part easy to use and very helpful.

Negative: The app can sometimes be slow and difficult to use.
It would be helpful to have features that allow for multiple packages to be scanned under the same name at one time, rather than all individually.
Sometimes the app is difficult to scan bar codes with.
Once you have scanned the name you then have to scan the bar code which can be time consuming and sometimes the app gets confused and starts using the text again and finding a different person. It would save time if the scanner picked up the barcode and name in the same scan if the are both in shot and gave you the option to notify from there.

Summary: Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

Positive: This is super quick in scanning. Its image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

Negative: It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

Summary: Overall it's an ok product when it works but it's a nightmare when it doesn't. I would love to see the scanning of parcels made easier.

Positive: Very quick when it comes to the collection side of the software as long as the QR code is available from the guest.

Negative: Very slow at scanning the parcels in, sometimes double scans the same item as well as sends the wrong recipient a notification.

Summary: Overall it is really easy to use and works really well in our post room, it has really streamlined our process.

Positive: Parcel Tracker makes logging parcels in and out really easy. Everything is tracked on the system so you can keep an easy eye on how many parcels you have and if anything isn't being collected. It also takes a picture so makes it easier to find things.

Negative: A way to change the email you send for different groups of people would be great, but it's not a major issue.

Summary: If I have to review it i would say excellent. It has got bit of everything. Showing the parcel's image is another best thing with this app.

Positive: Parcels are more secure with the help of this. i am the concierge and i am very comfortable using it.

Negative: It takes more time to register the parcel. And it is bit slow too.

Summary: This app is really easy to use and keep track of of all the packages over time and you can have back up if someone says they haven't got there package.

Positive: The app is easy to use and very useful and helpful. It keeps everything organized. The layout is easy to use.

Negative: Sometimes the app takes a long time to load and also sometimes scans the names wrong.

Summary: Overall, its very useful for my job. Makes tracking collected parcels easy. I also like that the automation system is quick. That is once a scanned parcel is submitted, recipients get an email almost immediately.

Positive: I like that it stores the history of parcels collected.
I like that it also combines recipients into one QR code regardless of how many parcels a recipient has.

Negative: The new update does not take pictures automatically once scanned, instead it opens a new page asking you to take a picture. Its faster when as you scan it automatically takes a picture.

Summary: Good overall experience, nice easy app to use and happy to be using this for my mail and collecting my parcels.

Positive: Easy to use and quick, fast and effective, ensures security and notifies you straight away of your parcel.

Negative: Doesn't always load and sometimes freezes when opening.

Summary: I am very much pleased and happy with it. My overall experience is that i am satisfied with it because of simple and handy use.

Positive: This is quite simple to use and helpful for the beginners also. I'm a student of life sciences, but it is sometimes very much useful to me.

Negative: I'm not a tech guy so can't give you the proper feedback to how to improve it.

Summary: Great overall experience of this app and would highly recommend it, very easy to install and use with ease.

Positive: Really easy to use, fast and quick, makes things a lot easier and more keeps your parcels safe from theft.

Negative: Don't always get the emails but isn't too much of an issue.

Summary: Very good system, saves a lot of time and so easy to use you'll be logging parcels in minutes.
Just the name scanning that sometimes lets its down as it really seems to struggle with international names, otherwise this would be an easy 5 stars!

Positive: Easy to use.
Good User Interface, takes minutes to learn what you are doing and start logging parcels.
Time Saving, this has saved so much time for me as it takes very little time to log parcels.
Emails residents so no need to do this yourself, you just scan and wait for the residents to come and get their package.

Negative: Name scanning does not always work which can be frustrating but it is very easy to manually enter information to find the correct resident.

Can be slow updating sometimes so you have to force update the server more than I would like.

Summary: Overall, I highly recommend Parcel Tracker Mailroom. Very easy to use and It keeps improving! you can monitor and generate reports or statistics for deliveries at your fingertips.

Positive: It's very convenient to use. Easy to scan and has real-time updates that make our lives easier and you can use this platform via phone so you can get updates anywhere you are. on top of it, it's one of the fastest processing and collection of parcels that I know.

Negative: Parcel Tracker Mailroom is really a good tool to use, maybe the only no so good comment for this is when I first start using it. They only have limited training materials to guide me and I needed to search for more guides online to fully understand them but things get better as I use them every day

Summary: Parcel tracker has definitely made logging parcels a lot easier and the notifications that are sent out mean that our students are collecting their parcels quicker as well.

Positive: The system is quick and simple to understand. It's easy to see everything that has been logged and correct any mistakes.

Negative: It may take a bit of time to establish a new way of working if you already have a system in place.

Summary: Really and straight forward to use in terms of process and how user friendly it is. Also super clean design which is nice too.

Positive: Super efficient process to log parcels in and out, and helpful to resolve any issues by seeing a parcel's history.
It's really easy to use, both on the app and website.

Negative: On the inbound deliveries section: when I filter to either collected/delivered , then select student to see parcel details and then go off the student. It always goes back to the full list and not the filtered list which just slows down my workflow.
