    Summary: Overall it provides a good experience from a user standpoint and from an administrator stand point since it allows me to log in remotely and make any changes.

    Positive: I really like the app, it helps us as a management company keep track of packages for each building we have. It was easy to have the front desk personnel trained and it is a very user friendly platform.

    Negative: Personally, custumer service wasnt the best. We were cancel the same day for a meeting 10 minutes before it was supposed to start.

    Summary: The app is generally good, making work much easier by generating a QR code to identify the package and by instantly sending notifications to the customer.

    Positive: It's a quick tool for notifying customers when a package is received, and it makes delivery easier with the QR code.

    Negative: I don't know how convenient it would be to scan barcodes on packages. Many barcodes generate a lot of information that doesn't need to be displayed. I think it would be good to have the ability to scan barcodes or have an OCR scanner.

    Summary: Parcel Tracker Mailroom has made a real difference to how we handle incoming deliveries across our accommodation sites. It’s reduced complaints from residents and freed up our team to focus on other tasks. While there are a couple of minor areas for improvement, overall, it's a very reliable and effective solution that we’d happily recommend.

    Positive: Parcel Tracker has significantly improved the efficiency of our mailroom operations. Logging deliveries is quick and accurate, and the automatic notifications to residents save our team a huge amount of time each day. The interface is user-friendly, and new team members can be trained up on it very quickly. Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

    Negative: There can occasionally be a delay in syncing with older hardware (like some handheld scanners), and the mobile app, while functional, could be more stable, we've experienced the odd crash during peak hours. A bit more customisation for notifications would be great too.

    Perfect for Small Apartment Building with Concierge Service

    Summary: Good overall product and does what we need it to do for a reasonable cost. Good customer service. Real people with real answers and not some BOT.

    Positive: Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us.
    We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need. I messed up on the billing cycle, but they refunded me for the months that we had low volumes.

    Negative: Had one occasion where we ended up having to change the password. Not sure what the issue was or even if it was one of our temporary people that did something , but was easily resolved.

    Summary: Overall, the app is really helpful, although ironing out some issues would make it quicker to use. Adding a feature to scan multiple packages for the same person would be helpful. Also making it so that if the bar code and name are both visible in the same scan, you don't have to take two scans would save time.

    Positive: Parcel Tracker is essential in letting our residents know if we have their parcels and also to keep track ourselves. It is for the most part easy to use and very helpful.

    Negative: The app can sometimes be slow and difficult to use.
    It would be helpful to have features that allow for multiple packages to be scanned under the same name at one time, rather than all individually.
    Sometimes the app is difficult to scan bar codes with.
    Once you have scanned the name you then have to scan the bar code which can be time consuming and sometimes the app gets confused and starts using the text again and finding a different person. It would save time if the scanner picked up the barcode and name in the same scan if the are both in shot and gave you the option to notify from there.

    Summary: Overall, its good but needs to improve on scanning barcodes rather than names of the parcel or apartments number. So wont be troubled to find the correct user.

    Positive: This is super quick in scanning. Its image taking function helps a lot to take a picture of the parcel. Super easy to find any parcels. Allowing to add Notes helps a lot as well.

    Negative: It cannot identify from Unit -Apartment number address. And doesn't give the closest name while not identifying. Need to approve on this. Hard to scan barcodes on parcels on many conditions.

    Summary: Overall it's an ok product when it works but it's a nightmare when it doesn't. I would love to see the scanning of parcels made easier.

    Positive: Very quick when it comes to the collection side of the software as long as the QR code is available from the guest.

    Negative: Very slow at scanning the parcels in, sometimes double scans the same item as well as sends the wrong recipient a notification.
