Summary: It has really improved our daily tasks with our parcels, as we have students who order a lot of parcels from different couriers the app has allowed us to become for efficient with our parcel logs. I would highly recommend this to anyone in need of an app to make their lives easier.

Positive: Easy to use for both our staff and our students. A lot quicker than other methods of keeping tabs on parcels.

Negative: Sometimes the names scanned do not come up when first scanned at .

Summary: We implemented Parcel Tracker at a large private accommodation and found that it improved our mail processing almost overnight. Great support from Arthur and the team, we'd definitely recommend it to others.

Positive: Parcel Tracker sports an easy-to-use interface, requiring minimal training. The photo reader is accurate and quick to pull up the correct individual for each address.

Automatic notifications to residents fast-track collection. The collection process is QR code driven, minimizing the need for extended administration.

Adding and managing team members + permission levels is initiative and simple to use.

Negative: When adding more than 15 - 20 parcels at a time the app can slow down, though this may be related more to the hardware than the software itself.

Summary: It was a great experience overall, our team was new to the software and were able to adopt the practices very quickly into our daily tracking.

Positive: Using the Parcel Tracking software, our team was able to easily keep each team member updated on which packages were received and distributed.

Negative: No cons at the moment. It was great being able to utilize the additional accessories provided for maximum usage.

Summary: My overall experience is that this is easy, not completely flawless, but a great system for any business to utilize for multiple employees. I would recommend it.

Positive: Parcel Tracker is an easy to use system, it is very convenient for a large company receiving multiple packages for different people.

Negative: It sometimes takes a little bit to search someone name, even though I bet that is because we have so many names in the system.

Summary: Overall, the software makes the process easier, and with a few upgrades, it will be able to eliminate its minor problems.

Positive: It makes scanning parcels out for folks a lot easier, and it's incredibly simple to navigate with the app.

Negative: The software can be unstable and sluggish at times. It may also take a long time to load, depending on how slow the server is.

Summary: I have a positive experience with Parcel Tracker. I plan on using it to locate my packages whenever I have a tracking number that isn't immediately clickable.

Positive: I like how I'm able to insert any tracking number and it pulls up the correct one; it provides results quickly and saves me the hassle of going to each individual site. I like how I'm able to share the results via messaging apps if I want to.

Negative: I can't think of any cons, since the site seems to do what it sets out to do effectively and without any issue,

Summary: What I enjoyed, about this App, was just how easy, and fast it was to utilize it on my cellphone for purpose of daily incoming chemicals and any other type of UPS, FedEx, and DHL big or small deliveries that our department would received for our researcher staff, in the field of Biology.

Our lab members have shared their experience that they enjoyed the new system where is now paperless and no signature are required. Our lab members shared on how they enjoyed receiving an email confirmation once there package arrives to their floor. The accuracy is on point.

It also fast, and easy to back track the deliveries history, sometimes lab members misplace their package. It was a good demonstrate, and back it up with the history. Great job parcel tracker.

Positive: Paperless, no signature required, fast and easy to use on your cellphone. This apps is a time saver.

Negative: After using the app for almost 2 months. So far, we haven't come across any cons yet.

Summary: I think the app has been beneficial to both staff and students overall and doesn't cause worry to students knowing their parcel(s) may have been misplaced or otherwise without the signing in and out aspect.

Positive: The parcel tracker is a convenient for students to use because they're notified when their parcel(s) arrive and also for staff as we know how many parcels we're looking for and also what they look like from the photos. Another good thing about the app is that this system is a secure way of logging out parcels.

Negative: The one thing I think could improve is that occasionally the app will select the wrong resident to notify or sometimes won't sign as collected by phone, however you can also log the parcels out manually on the computer.

Summary: We love the software, it's been a game changer.

Our staff has saved so much time, parcels no longer get lost and everything runs smoothly.

Positive: It's super easy to use and just works every time. Point the camera at the parcel, press the button and bam, the parcel is logged and the relevant recipient is notified.

It's helped our front of house staff same so much time!

Negative: Software is great, it gets its job done. No complaints.

Summary: We have over 200 parcels arriving a day - the app lets us keep track of all our parcels and stops residents coming to reception to check to see if their parcel has arrived. We've managed to train the app out to our security team too so our residents can get the parcels at the weekend.

if a resident has more than one parcel is puts them all together on the app meaning that when a resident collects it is easy to locate them all.

Negative: The app is a little bit trickier/manual when a parcel does not have a barcode on, though these days that is pretty rare.

Summary: Overall, I'd recommend this product, especially to anyone in the PBSA sector with a large volume of inhouse residents.
