Positive: Parcel Tracker has saved our business a great amount of time. It is incredibly easy to use, ensuring our customers receive the best service. The app is simple but versatile, allowing us to easily update our customer database, send notifications and scan large numbers of parcels.

Negative: So far there have been no cons when using this service. Even when we had a small issue during the first 2 days of use, the Parcel Tracker team were quick to resolve.

Summary: I would definitely recommend parcel tracker to other people and companies.

I found that when training other people on how to use parcel tracker they were also able to quickly get the hand of it.

Positive: Very easy to use, quick and efficient.

Students/customers also find parcel tracker easy to use when collecting parcels which makes the whole process a lot less stressful.

Parcels are also a lot less likely to go missing and easier to track.

Summary: The app makes it easy to keep track of incoming and outgoing parcels, there is no longer a need to keep track of them manually with this app.

Positive: The app is easy to use and user friendly, it makes it easy to keep track of parcels. Much easier than manually keeping track of deliveries.

Negative: Sometimes the app does not register the residents names.

Summary: Having spent ten years in the student sector, I am very aware of the issues and time it takes to manage parcels deliveries/ collections and have seen many different systems in place for this.
Parcel Tracker is the most efficient tool/ system I have ever seen and it is hard to explain just how good it is. It is so easy to use with just a click of the button and does all the hard work for you.
The fact it sends an email to the student to alert them it is here, is amazing and it saves us so much space and time, as students often collect as soon as they receive the alert.

Negative: When adding more than 15 - 20 parcels at a time the app can slow down, though this may be related more to the hardware than the software itself.

Summary: It was a great experience overall, our team was new to the software and were able to adopt the practices very quickly into our daily tracking.
