Positive: The best aspect about this software is it's based on open source so the transparency between you and OnlyOffice became high. It's team chatting feature works very well and allows you to attach files while interacting. Also, available on mobile platforms like Android and iOS.

Negative: For me and my team, we haven't found any major negative to discuss.

Summary: I highly recommend OnlyOffice. It gives me the freedom to create as well as edit old documents and many file formats. The integration with ChatGPT helps while generating documents for official purposes.

Negative: No integration with popular cloud storage platforms.

Summary: Great, needs a little bit more polish and would recommend. Great alternative to Libre/OpenOffice. Fonts support could be a little better.

Positive: The overall deign is great, and for when I have to get someone to switch over from ms word it is generally pretty easy.

Negative: The print dialog didn't seem to work with hardware printers. Ie, only the print to PDF option word. Also, it doesn't have the same fonts as Ms word so it doesn't display Ms word docs with those fonts.

Summary: In one sentence we can say it's all in one tool. It's easy to easily share documents with my team. implementation is really easy. We don't have to install anything else on the machine. Cloud integration is really good. Has more features than MS Office Online and compatibility with MS tools is really good. Overall great all-in-one office suite.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is an online office suite, which has several features such as document editors, corporate communication, a document management platform, and management tools for mails and projects. It supports several languages including English, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Russian. Cloud collaboration helps a lot to deal with large documents. Even if you forgot to save a file after completion, the autosave feature comes as a savior. Lots of templates are available along with graphs and tables for data visualization. Also, it has compatibility with MS Office files.

Negative: Not many downsides, it would be better if there is some mobile apps are there. Apart from this, it's the best office suite tool when compared with its competitors. I am really happy with the tool.

Summary: I would definitely recommend exploring this product for anyone looking to start up a new company, or someone looking to save on costs for their office productivity suite of products.

Positive: When my department was considering ways to optimize and reduce costs for our office productivity expenditure, Only Office was on our short list and it should definitely be on everyone else's as well. It seemed to offer pretty much everything that we would want and its road map seemed to be heading in the right direction.

Negative: There was some minor concerns regarding security, given the data sensitivity within our department we were not able to find the answers that we needed in time for our decision.

Summary: It's an easy to use and good software truly recommend for beginner as well as advanced user, it has a beautiful and focused user interface.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is an easy to use and best suited document editor for beginners, it works smoothy with traditional .doc .ppt file formats.

Negative: Cost of cloud integrations is little bit high which is an issue.

Positive: Takes up less space than Microsoft Office. We mostly use OnlyOffice to share and send documents in the cloud because we don't have enough space for email attachments.

Negative: There is only one thing that I dislike about OnlyOffice: It does not provide apps for mobile devices. You can only view documents and versions of files in Other Private Distributions.

It's more scalable as it is available over browser, desktop and mobile app.

Negative: There are some services disabled in mobile app which gives a little trouble.
