Negative: No major dislike about OnlyOffice, we had balanced overall experience.

Positive: It is a robust that I use every day in my workplace. It performs exponentially well. The file can be easily exported with all support file formats like PPT, XML, PDF, DOC and many other extensions. To adapt this solution you don't need any tutorial or training.

Negative: The screen freeze issue is still there on its desktop version.

Summary: OnlyOffice is very much similar to Microsoft Office but if you compare it to their corporate plans OnlyOffice is a lot cheaper and has flexible plan options. The integration with Box cloud storage makes it more convenient to use in the workspace.
