Negative: So far I have not found anything negative to mention, the platform is very complete and versatile.

Positive: Good and comfortable user interface colours are so well managed it doesn't hurt eyes and helps to keep focus.

Positive: It has online functionality so we can work in Chrome tabs without downloading which helps us to work in low space PC.

Negative: Everything is great. Some more features are needed like speech to text.

Negative: The only thing that would change is the chat system... It does, however, provide access to a private server.

Positive: We can use it as a desktop software like Microsoft Office, also it has an Android and iOS app where we can use this by downloading the application. Using cloud services we can use cross device functionality and can edit anywhere.

Negative: Everything is perfect just the enterprise edition of ONLYOFFICE is more expensive.

Summary: Overall its an easy to use software not only CRM but entire office software. It is great at doing multiple things with it like CRM to Excel and things like that

Positive: We can add email contact database, sales reporting directly messaging customers from CRM and managing them there.

Negative: It works smoothy, sometimes mail sticks which works fine just after refreshing.

Positive: It has a very reasonable and small price for cloud functionality while its peers cost a lot of chargers, it keeps updating with new features.

Negative: Everything is perfect just it has to get some notepad functionality also.

Summary: Overall experience with ONLYOFFICE is good. Most Linux systems have it installed in our organization, so it's very useful. Some hardcore functionality like MS Excel is missing in ONLYOFFICE.

Positive: I use ONLYOFFICE every day to send and receive documents related to my work and some non-official stuff. Nextcloud integration with ONLYOFFICE works like a charm. Office document compatibility is very good and simultaneous editing is really appreciated here.

Negative: No dedicated customer support team, which can solve our queries time to time. Support of excel features is missing.
