Positive: They have API integration option too so you can just integrate their system's API in yours to keep the flow of data from a single site. You can handle your files on your screen without actually visiting their site. That's kinda cool. They also provide multi language support.

Negative: We are a new start-up so managing our budhet is a bit hassle and I like if they drop their prices a bit. Although their services are great they are pricey.

Positive: Although there are quite a number of companies that will provide you cheap services but Logical DOC is always our team's top priority. because they do not offer packages but trust. You can be sure that your data is protected no matter the confidentiality. Either it a super top secret or just casual business or project data, LogicalDOC handles everything with utmost Security. Only the administration has the access to let other access it. Else, no one can peek on it. And their customer support has also improved a lot recently so you won't have to worry about asking for their help directly.

Negative: As I said, Yes, they are charging a bit more and you can go for the cheap ones if you want. But if security is your top priority, Try LogicalDOC. My team recommends trying their free trial to believe it yourself.
