Positive: We've been using LogicalDOC services for like 5 months now and their quality of services are the same as it was before. The responsiveness and unhinged services they provided are what motivated us to stick with LogicalDOC.

Negative: Their customer support was a bit problem at first because they are only for italians but they have changed now. Offering multilingual support.

Summary: The new version is really responsive and great. they really improved a lot in the past years. And I appreciate it

Positive: LogicalDOC has this feature called 'authority' for admins. Like if you are working in the team and you want to share the confidential data to just selected members, The admin can assign then read or write authority.
So no one outside the circle can even peek at the document making sure that your data is in right hands.

Negative: Although their admin features are great but the problem is in their pricing. Like if you want to have a trial version, you can but after that, you have to buy their tiers for continuing services

Summary: Overall experience with technical support is very reliable and doable. Customer support has become reliable too.

Positive: Adaptability is one thing That is required for any business to run in modern field and LogicalDOC adapted. Prior to update, their customer support was only for Italians or those who know Italian. But as of now, they started offering Multilingual support and that helped us a lot. Their customer support has gotten great and they respond to your queries ASAP.

Negative: They do not offer free version but free trials. Their tiers are pricey so that is a problem for small startup like ours to manage.

Summary: LogicalDOC is doing very great and is docile. Although the Subscription tiers are overly priced but that's doable.

Positive: So far, LogicalDOC has been a good partner for handling private data with doable security. Only the administration has the authority to let selected people from the team to access the documents and manage them.

Negative: Their Customer support was not that great in the past because of language barrier. but they offer multilingual support now so only problem is budget.

Positive: They have API integration option too so you can just integrate their system's API in yours to keep the flow of data from a single site. You can handle your files on your screen without actually visiting their site. That's kinda cool. They also provide multi language support.

Negative: We are a new start-up so managing our budhet is a bit hassle and I like if they drop their prices a bit. Although their services are great they are pricey.

Positive: Although there are quite a number of companies that will provide you cheap services but Logical DOC is always our team's top priority. because they do not offer packages but trust. You can be sure that your data is protected no matter the confidentiality. Either it a super top secret or just casual business or project data, LogicalDOC handles everything with utmost Security. Only the administration has the access to let other access it. Else, no one can peek on it. And their customer support has also improved a lot recently so you won't have to worry about asking for their help directly.

Negative: As I said, Yes, they are charging a bit more and you can go for the cheap ones if you want. But if security is your top priority, Try LogicalDOC. My team recommends trying their free trial to believe it yourself.
