Summary: Overall experience was great, Interface is user friendly pricing is also fair, trial version is great for beginners willing to try.

Positive: It has a great design, It works almost in every system it is well configured with every browser, I have used it in my personal PC as well in my work PC.

Negative: It should be available on Android and iOS as a web app.

Summary: I have had zero bugs with this program so far. And i like how easy it is to use.
I prefer this to LibreOffice and OpenOffice because of its familiar and modern look.

Positive: Very easy to install.

Negative: Sometimes fonts act a bit weird after the conversion, but that will probably get better soon.

Summary: Best alternative to MS Office. Accessibility and ease of updating are very common. After all, everything for the documentation is part of the software.

Positive: Best documentation and easy to use. It's all included in one software and you don't need any other kind of software to edit your documents. The best thing about this is that it is completely free. This is great for students like us.

Negative: I haven't come across any negatives as such as exposure is very less to it.

Summary: Overall, ONLYOFFICE has shown its dominance in market because of its toolset but it needs to upgrade its support team.

Positive: It is a very good application which is a very dominant alternative to many paid tools. Price is good and affordable and that too comes with lots of premium features.

Negative: Support is poor and sometimes it takes days to hear back from them.

Summary: It is great to use ONLYOFFICE, i truly recommend to use this it is easy to use for new users also.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is good for users who have a habit of using Microsoft Office and other similar softwares in windows with added new features, It is easy to use also uploading file is easy it accept all kind of format .doc, .xls

Negative: It has a basic GUI, which has to be improved also cross devices functionality will help.

Summary: Overall experience is great to use ONLYOFFICE as its name suggest that the only software one need for preparing presentation report's and forms, Really nice experience.

Positive: It is very easy to use as its highly compatible with .doc and .xls, .csv formats just have to upload the file and it works so smoothly, while working with other software destroys original format.

Negative: Some functionalities has to improve like in note outlook.

Summary: I used OnlyOffice during my master studies for a course project. It was very convenient and had a variety of project management tools available which were very useful for my team assignment. Unfortunately, OnlyOffice was not completely free, so I stopped using it after a while.

Positive: First of all, since I used a free trial version, OnlyOffice document editor was a great alternative to a paid office tool. In addition to that, I had great tools for planning my work on one platform - an EMail with a calendar, Gantt chart, tasks, time tracker. OnlyOffice also has chat, corporate wiki and blogs, CRM with invoicing which I didn't need to use. To my knowledge there are also some additional integrations with the 3-rd party services for digital signatures and sending SMS messages.

Negative: OnlyOffice is still a paid product, so I couldn't use it after a free trial period. File sharing is not very convenient in comparison to some other popular services.

Summary: Great. I like free software. It's great if you don't need the features of office. Great for low budget.

It's just not the same as office no matter what.

Summary: Overall I use OnlyOffice for the majority of my work because of the feature set. For the “outside the office” part of my job I used to work with LibreOffice but finally switched to OnlyOffice, because all the apps and an email client can be found in one place.

Positive: - nice interface
- easy to setup and configure the portal
- It has a good documentation and community
- extensible API is available

Negative: There are some downsides of the OnlyOffice that I discovered so far. For example, I installed it on a virtual machine but it was quite tedious to setup and the resource usage is pretty high even for a handful of users. Probably a dedicated server would be better.

Summary: I liked it very much. I have another program installed on my PC but I usually use ONLYOFFICE more than the others.

Positive: I liked it overall, it's easy to use and the compatibility with other similar programs (much more expensive).

Negative: Some integrated characteristics and operators aren't still totally compatible and I suggest some revision.

Summary: Easy to use, has all the important functions and very helpful when many people in the company use it.

Positive: You can work with more people at the same text in real time. Furthermore it is very easy to create documents and to manage access settings.

Negative: Im miss, that I can't use [Ctrl] to choose parts in the text.

Summary: For customers for whom data sovereignty is important, the Self Hosting Edition is recommended. Then you don't necessarily have to go to the Public Cloud. Furthermore, there are currently more features in the commercial than with MS Office Online.

Positive: With ONLYOFFICE you can edit Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint compatible files.
Currently, the feature scope of ONLYOFFICE is even greater than that of Microsoft Office Online.
For the commercial version you get a fast and uncomplicated Support from the manufacturer.

Negative: Nothing.
I wish you can get Microsoft Access too.

Summary: Good product awesome user experience. It has all the features you would usually pay extra for included.

Positive: I can do nearly everything I have thought I wanted to and even more I never expected to. Most easy and fast and have never lost more than a few lines from internet issues they can't control.

Negative: The Android app is so much slower and harder to navigate than Windows and PC version.

Summary: Great product, open source and easy installation, Open box and start to work, Easy to use and versatile.

Positive: Document server with spreadsheet, document and presentation; integrated with CRM and Projects, access from iOS, Android and desktop.

Negative: Extensions requires some time to learn and hours of trial and error programming.

Summary: Overall, Onlyoffice is a great platform. Very user friendly, but the website could look a bit better and more modern.

Positive: I love the ease of use. Onlyoffice is very user friendly, and provides a ton of services for free. would definitely recommend it.

Negative: The theme of the entire website is a bit dull, could use a revamp.
