Summary: Overall OnlyOffice is perfect match for collaboration and self hosting. It helps you to keep your personal documents private and allows you to enable sharing with only whomever you want to share documents with.

Positive: OnlyOffice helps you to upload documents, edit and share quickly with anyone. It allows many different file extension. It has a very user friendly interface which helps in easy integration with external applications.

Negative: Support system is slow. It takes longer than expected time to resolve issues.

Summary: It is great product as few features are very important for a organisation like self hosting, more affordable, easy to use and document creation and editing with minimal clicks.

Positive: It helps to manage Documents effectively, and supports all types of formats like docx, pdf, text, odt, rft and html. Which makes it more scalable and more convenient to use.

Negative: OnlyOffice needs to update some features in spreadsheet.

Summary: It is flawless product, it saves uploading time and sharing time with teammates. You can create presentations with a few clicks.

Positive: It is easy to create and edit document, and since it saves over cloud servers, I can access my documents from anywhere.

Negative: It gets little laggy over the Mac Operating system and does not support Chromebook.

Summary: OnlyOffice is best choice as it increases productivity, saves time by creating documents directly over cloud and saves time.

Positive: It provides quick customisation and helps you to create documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations over cloud. There is custom plugin support which makes OnlyOffice a very powerful tool.

Negative: There are some sync issues with older OS version of Mac.

Summary: It is a great software and easy to use in our team from a single PC. In different shifts a developer, and an intern can make use of software for different purpose and it works fine.

Positive: It is easy to use, and designed for use from beginners to developers in one software that can be used for may things.

Negative: Everything is perfect about the software, just some more documentation is needed.

Summary: ONLYOFFICE is a good software specially for people working in the IT sector. It has plenty of features that are useful from system administrators to employees.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE provides plenty of useful productive applications. It has also a CRM application that is useful.

Negative: ONLYOFFICE has some features with 3rd party applications involved.

Summary: It has a cloud service platform that has a small fee with which we can create our own server to that is best for people doing task in cross device.

Positive: It is an easy to use document editor also it is integrated with cloud functionality which is quite useful.

Negative: Everything is just perfect for the application, it works smoothly.

Summary: This open source office suite provides excellent options that make it a very robust alternative. This solution makes it very easy to work with a generous number of document formats and has excellent communication tools that enhance team collaboration.

Positive: It is very easy to use and its user interface is simple. The text editor has the function to convert text into tables with a few simple steps. The spreadsheet contains a set of features that come very close to the capabilities of Excel. It has version history, to browse previous drafts and restore them if needed.

Negative: I consider it to be a very useful platform in the office and at this time I have not detected any negative aspects to mention.

Summary: Excellent tool for collaborative work, full compatibility with other spreadsheet, text and presentation programs, which means no data is lost when opening files created through OnlyOffice. Continuity of work on any device, especially mobile, making work more agile. The tool is highly recommended

Positive: Ease of use, the possibility of using a private Office and still compatible with different types of spreadsheets, text and presentations makes work safer, as well as sophisticated. Possibility of collaborative work, being able to continue from any device and in any place, possibility of OnlyOffice workspace where everyone uses the same tools contributing to the speed and safety of work even not being in the physical space of the organization, which allows agility and efficiency in the work no missed deadlines

Negative: We are using OnlyOffice in trial mode for testing and confirmation if we will migrate once and for all to the tool that has proven to be very effective in what we have been looking for. At the moment there is nothing in its use that we don't like

Summary: Great quality cloud alternative for Microsoft Excel which is also open source. Will recommend it to anyone who uses spreadsheets.

Positive: I really like ONLYOFFICE, mainly because of its spreadsheet capabilities. I like that is is really easy to use compared to ms word. And I also like the fact that I can run ONLYOFFICE on my own servers.

Negative: Even though it has a number of integration it doesn't have some important integration I want to use.

Summary: There's nothing quite like OnlyOffice when it comes to collaboration tools. It is by far the most comprehensive program out there today, but companies that can afford its high license costs may want to consider it. OnlyOffice eliminates the issue of multiple copies of the same document having to be kept.

Positive: Interface is simple and intuitive. It has sufficient functionality and especially I like the tabs feature. I can open different kinds of documents - words, PPTs, in one application. It facilitates document exchange, project management, and relationships with customers.

Negative: The plans for OnlyOffice are charged per user, so I wish there were corporate plans. I'd like the ability to open a file which is in the Common Documents with hyperlinks.

Summary: I was unable to obtain the same layout when reading MS Office files with other alternatives. I was able to manage all customer information and all user data in the documents with OnlyOffice.

Positive: I like it first of all for its open source nature. I also like that I don't need to install any other software on my computer in order to take advantage of it. It lets me exchange documents, create projects, and manage relationships with customers.

Negative: The documentation is very limited, sometimes it's difficult to see how an activity is carried out in other software, and I wish there were corporate plans. It seems like a very expensive platform because the plans are charged per user.

Summary: It is very easy and simple to manage documents, it allows easy editing uploading and creating with ample of space over cloud, There is no need of various software as OnlyOffice is well integrated and managed.

Positive: It organises my projects well, it has lots of data management tools required for managing purposes, it allows you real time editing with team members which makes it more convenient to use and save time.

Negative: Pivot Tables are still missing during document editing.

Summary: Overall, we can go with ONLYOFFICE for all office related stuff and for personal work too. Some advanced excel features are missing but still it has got a lot.

Positive: What I like most about ONLYOFFICE is simple to use interface and a complete suite containing tools from mail box to CRM. So, you need not to go anywhere for anything. As software is open source, there are lot of updates which makes it unique.

Negative: I have not come across any disadvantages as such but if you stuck anywhere, online community support is missing for ONLYOFFICE.

Summary: On documents and presentations, there is greater collaboration and cooperation. We used to send Word documents to a number of individuals and then try to reconcile them at the end. We are unable to use GSuite due to security concerns. Even if we could, we would rather not have "upgrades" forced upon us.

Positive: Meetings have been much more productive as a result of the cooperation and simultaneous editing. We can not only discuss what needs to be updated, but we can also update it right away.

Negative: There is currently nothing about the product that I hate; it checks all of the criteria. The only problem is that I don't get a warning when I exit a file I'm working on.
