Its team chat room is awesome. This helps to eliminate the use of any third-party messaging tool.
Its in-built calendar integration works as described. I use this to set task reminders across all of my devices with one click.

Negative: The CRM plugin it provides is not well-optimized in the Windows version.

Summary: With OnlyOffice I can complete my pending tasks from the office as well as at home wherever I want. My user experience has been outstanding with its extended usage of business processing works. Highly recommend.

It is a platform independent, so you can use its potential on numerous operating systems.

Negative: It doesn't provide notification after the data backup fails or is completed.

Summary: Overall, ONLYOFFICE is a fantastic and feature-rich tool in my opinion. There is no steep learning curve, I was able to gain all the skills without wasting 4-5 hours in training. I would suggest this to every working professional.

Positive: The biggest advantage I started getting since I moved to ONLYOFFICE is to perform a few CRM and project-related tasks from the same platform. It helps to cut expenses and reduce the pressure from computers. The interface is clean across all platforms.

Negative: There are too many option filled in single menu. It could be seperated in every sections.

Summary: It's a great product. Even though there is popular software available, still we choose ONLYOFFICE due to its high flexibility. It works on any major platform. Also, the pricing of every plan is lower than its rivals.

Positive: It's additional project manager integration is really helpful in keeping track of work progress as well as time tracking. This helps to examine the amount of time given by each colleague on specific tasks. The option to create custom spreadsheets works best.

Negative: Never encountered any issues. Works very well for me.

Negative: In a few updates, the offline view of documents doesn't work properly.

Summary: Overall I approve this office suite. It works flawlessly in any condition. I was able to manage a large group of documents easily. Its commenting feature is very useful, this helps to inform the coworker to improve and make changes in the created document.

Positive: The nicest thing about this office suite is that it can be installed on any operating system, including Linux, Windows, and Mac. This ensures that the workflow remains consistent across platforms. The file sharing works very well. The plugin integration adds new features to it.

Negative: There is not much negative that can be pointed out.

Summary: Overall, OnlyOffice is an extremely effective solution. Its messenger allows us to send instant messages along with docs to coworkers without moving to the Slack software.

Positive: There are too many things to list, but few of them are:

1. All formats of files/documents supported for editing.
2. Unique templates to create your spreadsheet from scratch.
3. Works even on Linux and web browsers.
4. Also, has an inbuilt CRM and project manager.

Negative: Occasionally data synchronization stops working. To fix I have to force close and restart.

Summary: ONLYOFFICE has hundreds of abilities to simplify every work process. Overall it is my favorite work management platform. You can adapt this solution with a few hours of training. Had a great experience.

Positive: The feature I used most on ONLYOFFICE is the file editor and Google Cloud storage. The account linking process between both platforms was easy. Its help desk page with FAQ has solutions for every common problem. The premium plans are reasonable.

Negative: Its spreadsheet misses multiple key features that I get in Microsoft.

Summary: It has every feature that should have on a robust office suite. The ability to organize bulk files was great. Overall it's a credible tool for all your office needs.

Positive: The ability to not only manage documents but also manage your assignments and relations with customers. Collaboration abilities like co-edit and file transfer work great. The menus and settings are placed in the perfect position so that you can navigate without distraction.

Negative: I have a suggestion, Please add support for more cloud storage platforms.

Summary: Despite being web-based it performs superbly across multiple platforms and also in low-end devices. Task scheduling helps me to set up a predictable routine. Overall, I refer ONLYOFFICE to every business involved in documentation and small projects.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE is one of the most important tools in our business. By being web based we have been able to run this program even on old configuration devices. In my experience the interface is clean and anyone with basic knowledge can understand its process.

Negative: Till now nothing, will update here if I face any issues.
