Positive: One of the advantages of this software is that it provides a workspace where you can upload and share documents. You can also share your documents externally. It is fully integrated with the desktop and runs on Linux, Mac OS and Windows.

Negative: There is lack of availability of documentation to properly use this beautiful tool. Few formats are not supported like csv.

Summary: It has a good and easy to use cloud service that also supports cross devices which makes it more efficient and easy to work.

Positive: It is an amazing and low cost alternative to Office 365 it provide all the functions of office 365 with enhanced features with a lower cost.

Negative: It sometime works not well on old internet explorer but can be resolved by updating browser.

Summary: It's a great editing software for Linux workspace works in the same way as we do work in Windows or any other is just amazing software.

Positive: Best document editing software for linux users, it's easy to use cloud functionality is well though best for developers.

Negative: From my side everything is perfect no cons at all.

Positive: Documentation is amazing only office is pretty well documented, all the features are well explained.

Negative: Working is smooth but UI is a bit older according new trends.

Positive: The main pro feature of this software is that it runs smoothly even in lower end pc which makes it more useful.

Negative: Everything is great just the email integrations works with 3rd party that should be done within ONLYOFFICE cloud servers.

Summary: Its functioning is really smooth, Easy to work all the integration works really fine surely a recommend alternative to Google Docs.

Positive: It has a very easy to use cloud, Services are smooth enough, It pricing of cloud is fair enough and is supported with traditional Microsoft Office.

Negative: Look should be better as nowadays user prefer looks and ui more.

Summary: With OnlyOffice, I have everything I need in one place, instead of looking for things on my computer. This is very effective, especially if you have a team or group involved in the project. It's great that we have so many people in our company who help and work on projects together with OnlyOffice and see all documents ready and uploaded also through OnlyOffice.

Positive: The first is the fact that it is an open source solution. The second is the fact that I don't have to install anything on my computer to use it, and at the same time that collaboration and editing meetings are very productive.

Negative: When we first implemented this software, it took a long time to download and run. But once we do all this, everything just go smooth.

Summary: Overall, it's a very reliable software, but this tool is good to perform just limited/basic tasks and configure your project. Great for the core business, and businesses that requires customer relationship management tools.

Positive: I really like the look of the web app, it looks great on the desktop and is intuitive in use and navigate. I love all the different options within Office projects like CRM that are helpful to store contact details for our client's projects where we can clearly track and manage our projects.

Negative: Big missing part of the tool is pivot table, which is at least in my case most needed. UI can be improved and apart from this everything is good.

Summary: Overall it has great ui, and the most unique and useful thing that it works smoothly on linux which other software lags.

Positive: Cloud functionality is amazing it keep backups and we don't have to worry about any data losses, also it supports all architecture.

Negative: Some 3rd party cloud integration are developed by 3rd party application that may cause a privacy issue.

Summary: This software has everything I need in one place and is easy to use. There's no need for the variety of software you have everywhere! This software is not only easy to use but also ideal for my business. so, great overall.

Positive: I like ONLYOFFICE simply because it's easy to share documents with your team. I also like the large storage space it provides. Another feature I like is the different formats and different fonts that are supported. Plus, there are great collaboration tools like change tracking and version history.

Negative: This seems to be a very expensive platform because apps charge for each user. that's the main downside.

Summary: I know ONLYOFFICE because it's used as the office suite in my university's Owncloud and found it really useful and feature rich for an online editor.
It has a very good web interface, better than Office 365's web version. I recently picked it up as my daily driver for my desktop. Since I use Linux, I've always relied on Google Drive and a wine installation of MS Office. Libreoffice is very functional but too bloated and isn't as compatible with MS Office as I'd like. ONLYOFFICE has a nice visual interface (although not native-looking), has tabs for the opened files and feels more like MS Office which honestly is the golden standard for office suites but doesn't run well with Wine.
Since they offer paid variants, I hope that the development pace will be good and the (mostly minor) shortcomings are going to be ironed out in the not too distant feature. It's definitely worth it to try ONLYOFFICE or at least keep an eye on the project.

Negative: Some advanced features are missing:
Hyphenation in Docs.
Some functions in Spreadsheets are missing, e.g. sort.
Print Preview is missing (although I've read it's coming soon).

Summary: Overall, OnlyOffice is the best open source solution I've found. You can exchange documents, create projects and manage customer relationships, greatly simplifying your daily work.

Positive: Easier and faster than existing MS Office, I like that ONLYOFFICE can be used online. I like being able to easily upload all my contacts to an Office CRM from anywhere on my desktop. Uploading information about people and getting close to contacts is very simple. Share, edit, create contacts and all these options easily in one software.

Negative: I have found nothing as such to not like as I have not used it for long period.

Summary: Overall it's a great software it has all kinds of office suites, Best for an entry stage startup as it has same functionality of Microsoft Office.

Positive: Best thing of ONLYOFFICE is that it offers a free service for startups with 5 users and that really helped us as we expand our team we switched to business version with affordable pricing.

Negative: Everything is perfect but from my side there should be more improvement for faster cloud services.

Summary: Easy to use, good customer support pricing is also good. Cloud functionality helps to manage backups easily.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE provides all functionality document editor, spreadsheet editor and email, also with new features.

Negative: Sometimes online work sticks in old browsers but it works smoothly on Chrome.

Summary: Overall experience was too good it's truly for developers. Good UI Also it desktop version is also good runs even on lower end PC smoothly.
