Summary: Since I moved to ONLYOFFICE, I never had any thought to roll back or switch to another application. Everything works so smoothly for me. We have significantly increased our dependency in the last four months.

Positive: Document indexing, remote access to all shared files, Cloud storage integration, build on open source platform, file format conversion.
Informative reports based on tasks added. It can take digital signatures on documents.

Negative: It is great software, although there are a few elements that need some improvement like the auto-save feature in the editor.

Summary: Overall, I've been really pleased with ONLYOFFICE as compared to Office 365. Every feature it provides is well-designed and glitch-free. Also, it comes with project project controlling capability.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE made document management and team communication a breeze. It improves workplace efficiency. This platform has no learning curve, you can immediately onboard and begin using its features. Connecting this platform with Dropbox was straightforward.

Negative: I just loved it, no major con ever experienced in my 5 months of usage.

Summary: ONLYOFFICE has all the features needed in an ideal work management tool. It enables me to create presentations in a short period. It centralizes most of our office work. I highly recommend ONLYOFFICE.

Negative: To be honest I haven't encountered any problem with it.

Summary: Overall, ONLYOFFICE is the most powerful alternative to the Microsoft 365 suite and Google Workspace. By paying less it provides the same features and better customer support. It can be also customized according to my needs.

Negative: Integrating with Nextcloud is very confusing in our case.

Positive: As a project manager, the best thing I like about OnlyOffice is its ability to assign user-specific tasks and its informative Gantt charts. OnlyOffice makes it easy for me to analyze tasks and add priority tags according to project progress.

Negative: Not as much, but the user interface is kind of old-generation.

Summary: So far we are very pleased with this solution. With its insane features, we became more productive and collaborated. The messaging section is very useful, I can directly share the docs with recipient.

Positive: ONLYOFFICE lets me bring document management, CRM and project management into one tool. You can also use this platform on your company's cloud server. The document editor works insanely well, you can edit any format of documents.

Negative: The initial loading time after each boot is a little high.

Summary: Overall, it's a streamlined build platform that can easily carry out asset management and customer relationship management functions. The integration allows are good but a few are still missing to support. Overall, it's an excellent access management platform.

Positive: The flexibility it offers is just amazing. You can carry out this solution in Linux, Windows, and iOS platforms. Its offline templates are very immersive. The CRM capabilities like profile sorting, and managing email tasks can be easily carried out.

Negative: Less other platforms can be integrated with it. No other cons.

Summary: We liked Onlyoffice and highly suggest to small and medium-sized businesses. The corporate plans are cost-effective. Its storage space is highly SSL encrypted and provides regular updates to protect it from data leaks.

Positive: This is a must-have software for businesses who want to scale. From day one it helps us to eliminate bottlenecks and boost efficiency even when working remotely. It supports 20+ plugin integration. We are currently using its Jira, SharePoint, and Nextcloud plugins and they are working great.

Negative: I haven't faced any serious problems while using this software. Try without hesitation.

Negative: There is nothing major downside to express. It's a very capable business tool.

Realtime synchronization of file which ensure that every onboard user gets the latest file data.

Negative: There is no serious problem we had using ONLYOFFICE.

Negative: Loading time is high. Sometimes it also goes into an infinite loading loop. Apart from this, it's great software.

Positive: It is not just a document management tool. You can also manage CRM and send emails to clients directly by simply adding them to the ONLYOFFICE CRM database. The user interface is great, there is no difficulty I ever faced while navigating.

Negative: The AI text generation is not well implemented. I'm not getting a reply after giving a command.

Negative: Personally, I didn't like the user interface. The menus and main screen section are not easy to understand.

Negative: I'm quite satisfied with this software. Never had any bad experiences.
