Remember that dumb-ass lawsuit Taser filed against Linden Research, because Second Life users were selling and using taser-like devices? Taser dropped the suit. No reason is given, but I suspect they realized they're suing the wrong people; Linden Research didn't create those taser replicas, after all.

The City of Portland, Oregon made the unpopular decision to name 39 Avenue after César Chávez. In other news, OpenStreetMap now shows the new name.

It appears that the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has banned the practice of topping off in an effort to reduce air pollution. Somehow I doubt this will affect many Pacific Pride customers.

I've posted a a new entry addressing a quesiton about a possible error with either the map data, or JOSM's validator. This particular multipolygon only includes outside pieces, in inners, due to the mall being spread out over several blocks.
