Sometimes the Videos are very blurry or with pixels that bother the viewer, even if I have a bandwidth, this problem occurs occasionally and I have not found a way to establish a good quality within the video conference. This is very important to me as when I am sharing the information it is necessary that everything on the host side be readable so that the viewers can understand and if they want to make annotations that will be useful for the near future, so if I could have a feature to set video conferences to be shared in a better quality would be fine with me.

Summary: I have been using GoToMeeting for several years now. Overall, I can I had a phenomenal experience attending webinars on this platform. The connectivity and quality it offers are unmatchable. Its calendar integration remembers the webinar date for me and gives me the right time reminder to attend.

Positive: Its user interface is very responsive and optimized for any platform. I liked being able to share reports during the session. The video and audio quality are fantastic. The ability to add polls during webinars.

Negative: The voice quality delays and buffers when the volume of the user increased.

Summary: Solid platform for virtual meetings. I have used it primarily in the IT realm connecting to remote desktops through screen share.

Positive: It has always been and continues to be a staple when it comes to virtual meetings. Why fix something that isn’t broken, It is great to see how well GoTo Meeting has faired through the rush of virtual meeting software throughout the pandemic.

Negative: Sometimes compared to the newer virtual meeting options out there i feel like GoTo Meeting is a little dated in its GUI. Not bad, but just overshadowed sometimes by the other Virtual meeting giants of our day.

Summary: I think that GoTo Meeting is the best service for meetings out there right now. I think that it provides the most reliable audio and video quality for a very accessible price that no other competitors do and that’s why I chose it and my experience has been pretty good. I have been able to set up meetings, monitor them, and communicate effortlessly with my team, and at the end of the meeting, GoTo allows me to get a report on all meetings and know how it went in terms of communication and network stability. During the pandemic, GoTo Meeting helped us a lot to get through all our work that we now had to do exclusively remotely, and it did an incredible job in helping us communicate through every project and every area of our business and we even found that we were able to do so much better than in-person meetings.. Now we continue to use this solution because it still improves our workflow and we find that we communicate through these meetings with more efficiency because we can talk about our projects whenever and wherever we want to, and we can get through all our tasks with this tool. I absolutely enjoy using GoTo Meeting and my team also loves it.

Positive: GoTo Meeting is a service that provides the most high-quality video and audio during meetings. My most favorite tools from this software are the following:

-The ability to record every meeting is wonderful, we can make sure every participant will be able to still be informed through seeing the recording if they missed the meeting, or if they arrived late to the meeting and missed initial information. I like that recorded meetings are available for whenever anyone wants to access the recording.
-Creating meetings or webinars is really simple and it’s just a few clicks away, as well as inviting everyone else to join and I like that it’s a really simplified process. I also like that the admin controls are simple and it works when hosting a meeting and supervising all the users that join. Users can join through the link or invitation, making everything so quick and agile.

I also would like to see more improvement done in the mobile app, as I find that it’s not very robust or intuitive to manage meetings as an admin in the mobile app because there’s too many tools, making it difficult to supervise everything from a small screen such as a smartphone. Besides, I have experienced some bugs such as my screen freezing during meetings but it has only happened a couple times and it doesn’t really affect our communication in any way, but it’s still worth mentioning.

I love using its feature like screen recording of important sessions, creating link & controlling the host over ongoing conference.

Negative: I suppose there are much improvement required in mobile version.
We found GoToMeeting is rather better as compare to web as (it becomes unstable).
