Negative: No cons. There were really no cons. The only problem that I faces was when I changed sim the number became not functional. And it was fixed by Sonetel Support that switched the base numbers.

After I told Sonetel the new number they were able to resume my connection.

Summary: It would be helpful to see some kind of banner when you login once you have no remaining funds on the account and need to reload. I didn’t figure it out until someone tried to phone me and the call didn’t connect.

Positive: I received a call the next business day to help troubleshoot my issue as well as email follow up which I appreciated.

The Sonetel provide phone number with less than 8 hours. It is very comfortable. Nowadays speed is very important to make a business. I have used other services before, but they provide phone number with delay 1-2 days.
