Negative: One minor glitch was due to the Sonetel billing software. I am on auto-pay, and there was a single event, just single, where I kept receiving emails that I had to top off my account with funds. Customer Service responded, and we worked through this glitch.
I consider this glitch minor and am very realistic in my expectations regarding any service. Problematic events happen with anyone and any service. No system runs perfectly. Such is life. I pay attention to Customer Service response and how effectively solutions are managed. Sonetel receives favorable flying colors in their response time and the remedy provided.

Summary: I am still in Germany and needed a phone number in the USA and in a specific state. Since I wasn't sure about a few things, I contacted customer service. I received a direct response, a very nice phone call and quick and uncomplicated help.

Summary: I've been traveling all year round for a long time, and this is the service I've been looking for to receive double authentication SMS messages, especially when there's a problem with a SIM card or when it's lost/stolen, and the same goes for smartphones and tablets. Sonetel numbers are accepted with online banks, health and assistance organizations, pension organization, and internet giants is no longer a worry.
If WhatsApp refuse your number just open an account with a SIM card and change the number of your account with a Sonetel number.

I use Sonetel exclusively to receive SMS messages.
No more need for a SIM card, no more fear of losing it or having my account hacked, as happens so often even with double authentication.
By fine-tuning several mail redirections, you can receive SMS on different media with different messaging providers.

Negative: The iOS and Android applications work very well, but the interface needs to be corrected to become sexier and more intuitive.

Negative: As a Suggestion: not able to log in App tried multiple time. Getting issue in documents uploads too. Please increase your website UI/UX and functionality, it will be easy for people to understand better. Also assign a dedicated manager for paid services.

Positive: The Sonetel 2.0 app is easy to use. I had an issue with the purchase of an international phone number and the customer Support was fast and efficient. I'm very satisfied so far.

Negative: I wish I could answer to the incoming call directly from the iOS app. At the moment I can answer only through the web app but you can also transfer all the incoming call to a Sonetel user (myself) on my personal cell phone. It is easy and with a premium you have lot of minutes available!
