Negative: As a Suggestion: not able to log in App tried multiple time. Getting issue in documents uploads too. Please increase your website UI/UX and functionality, it will be easy for people to understand better. Also assign a dedicated manager for paid services.

Summary: Very happy with my overall experience and I plan to continue using Sonetel for as long as I need a foreign number.

Positive: Great customer service, got back to me with solutions to my problems and requests very quickly and handed them fast. Good price for a foreign number and lots of available countries.

Negative: I've had minimal problems, the app on android can be slightly slow but is very usable.

Summary: Nice and nice whenever I have a question I get my answer I am feeling very happy that i am with Sonetel.

Positive: The Sonetel 2.0 app is easy to use. I had an issue with the purchase of an international phone number and the customer Support was fast and efficient. I'm very satisfied so far.

Negative: I wish I could answer to the incoming call directly from the iOS app. At the moment I can answer only through the web app but you can also transfer all the incoming call to a Sonetel user (myself) on my personal cell phone. It is easy and with a premium you have lot of minutes available!

Summary: I had an urgent account issue I needed resolved and the customer service team responded very fast and had the problem solved for me within a few hours of initial contact. Recommend!

Summary: I have recently opened an account with Sonetel for my freelance activities. I can confirm they really care about customers and their statement in this regards is true: “Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Sonetel.”. I would also add a notice that Sonetel also take accounts security very seriously. Beside the regular KYC verification they make sure customers are not gonna use phone numbers for any reasons not listed in the TOS. After you have passed verification, you will be sure you have a reliable platform to manage your phone services. I wish Sonetel a big success.

Negative: So far Sonetel does not have any cons so am giving them 10⭐️.

Summary: I had no issues, the app is easy to use and clear. It is a lot cheaper than other apps. If you still don't use it, you are missing out on a lot.

Positive: Sonetel is the most simple, user-friendly, efficient and the cheapest business number app. I didn't have any issues yet, and I don't think I will. Email customer support is very helpful and generous, they will give you bonuses.

Negative: It would be better if SMS messages coming to the number could be seen on the app or forwarded to the number calls are forwarded to.
