Positive: My issues were solved once I contacted the customer service team. Activating the numbers are a challenge with local demands of ids, proof of residence and so on, but they take their time and guide you through the process.

Negative: Maybe more user friendly on the dashboard center.

The voicemail setup is simple, I added my own voice message and get an email notification when someone leaves a message.

Negative: I wish it could send text messages with this service, although I've read it's been worked on so hopefully soon.

Summary: I've used a lot of DID services but Sonetel is the top 3 for me, purchase the number, set up the destination, and you're good to go.

Summary: I came across this company by chance, because I was looking for a virtual mobile number. While surfing the internet I clicked on their concept. I first created an account as a test and everything went smoothly. The internet is full of these services that are disappointing. But Sonetel is the big difference here and is not expensive. 5 stars easily earned. Happy New Year and keep up the good work.

Negative: Some places demand documentation, requisites and take time provision a number, but it is because of local regulations that cannot be avoided.

Summary: I use several VOIP service and Sonetel is the best VOIP service to me.
Now I transferred most of my numbers to Sonetel and they never disappointed me.

Positive: Sonetel provides VOIP numbers at a reasonable rate and they work quite well.

Positive: Sonetel is a easy to use but most importantly fantastic value for any individual or business looking to make an online presence of their business.

You can forward calls from any country to your mobile and show either the incoming number or your "external" number so you know that this call is coming from one of your owned numbers.

Negative: None - I can easily say the only con is the compliance with local governments which requires paper work (but Sonetel makes this process seamless).

Positive: I have some very specific requirements and was looking for a while for a reliable option until i found Sonetel.
It's absolutely great, you can port your existing USA number and make use of it even in WhatsApp (these two features combined was my no brainer decision)

Negative: So far, there's nothing i can consider as a con.
Only thing that worth to mention is that porting your existing number can take some time and effort (but not because of Sonetel but because of your existing carrier), in my case it took me like 3 weeks but because carrier was not providing the right information to accomplish the porting process but Sonetel's support team was always there to guide me and help me out during this process, Vikas you rocks!

Summary: A very good app, extremely professional, cheap, easy to use, friendly, all in app that fulfill my needs.

Positive: The way you can handle the calls, pretty simple, very efficient, not very expensive, allowing you to call and be called from anywhere in the world.

Negative: Nothing I could determine, I did not found anything I don't like.
