Positive: The service is very quick to setup thanks to a simple, minimalistic dashboard. It took less than a week between signing the service and having a working number on my mobile. The chat feature on the website was super easy to configure as well. Prices are according to the market.

Negative: Up to this point, honestly there are no complaints about this service.

Summary: To me, the dream for turning my PC into a cell phone became true with the help of Sonetel. It's hard to buy a featured, secured smartphone worth of its price in China, however what I get from Sonetel makes my experience much better than before. It really comes into my soul that I really want to speak out, "my phone, my style!"

Positive: This services provides with a webapp, an Android and iOS app that can be used to answer incoming calls on Sonetel numbers everywhere with Internet. Moreover, this service with some incredible features can make businesses more easier without having to answer every phone calls by hands. as you can choose whether to forward your calls to a cell phone number, or just have incoming calls answered by the Sonetel app, or forward the calls to voicemail. SMS and voicecall messages received on paid numbers can be received by e-mail, with even an attachment of the voicemail message so you don't have to log in to download your messages -- a standard view-only messaging app with voicemail features comes to your inbox!

The built-in IVR system automatically redirects calling parties with the right place, you can place a voice to be played for a menu, or have someone in your team called with another. If all of users are offline, a voicemail can be routed so that the customer can leave a message with no worries of their requests being ignored.

Moreover, with its chat widget you can place a shortcut on your website for visitors to send instant chat messages to you, so that you can answer them in the Portal and apps. Messages to tickets is possible, so that you don't have to manually create tickets for your customers by hands. Just close the ticket in the Portal if customers' issue have resolved.

Negative: In some rare cases some incoming calls might become abnormal and users might be unable to answer them. For this case you may be required to connect with technical support services for a resolution.

Summary: Great experience, I have updated my plan to a yearly plan to get the most of this service. Highly recommended.

Positive: What i really like about Sonetel is that you can get a free virtual phone number in any country you like.
They have a great support that replies to any issue within few hours. And they do their best to solve any type of problems.
The price is very reasonable and the application is professional.

Negative: The FAQ section is limited but they really answer any question fast so I don’t mind it.

Summary: Sonetel is a good product to use. Which is an easy interface to work with and a good support team which gives excellent support to resolve the issues.

Positive: - customer service is amazing, very responsive and helpful
- prices are fair, I like that it accepts Paypal
- seems to do what it advertises, I mainly need it for the SMS capabilities and it works perfectly so far

Negative: - a little confusing to learn how to use at first, the website feels like it's missing some guides or something but I was still able to figure it out. If I wasn't able to figure it out on my own, I'm confident the CS would have been able to help anyway.

Summary: Perfect experience, the price and service are great.
I use the service in order to have an American phone number and it works great for me.

Positive: Excellent service, very quick to solve my issue. I have contacted Sonetel by email and they immediately solved the problem.

Negative: Sometimes you cannot hear well the other but most of the time it's perfect.
I would love to be able to receive SMS to this number.
