Summary: I want to say the same as before. My personal experience is satisfactory with SONETEL. I have not found anything to criticize about the service, except for the spoofing that I have suffered. But the spoofing is not the fault of SONETEL, but of the unknown people who stole my identity.

Positive: During the month of November 2023, I suffered an awful spoofing attack. But, thanks to SONETEL's excellent support service, I was able to solve the problem and regain my peace of mind. SONETEL is not only the best option for telephone lines that I have ever known; but it is also a wonderful human team that makes SONETEL the best option, IMHO. I sincerely want to recommend SONETEL because I am sure that you will be as satisfied and happy as I already am.

Summary: Overall a great product if you want to have a virtual number. It feels like you are in the same country with seamless integration with your mobile number in use.

Positive: Easy to use.

Negative: Reply to SMS facility is not available.
Very Very occasionally the app does not call but no concerns.

Summary: I would recommend for forwarding to SIP softphone address. This way you can receive the call on multiple devices at the same time.

Positive: Numbers from different countries, many options available. Can be forwarded, to other numbers for a fee, or a softphone address, free of charge. Receive SMS from other SIM numbers, but had not received from 2FA sources, although an USA mobile number once received. Cheaper than the competition.

Negative: If redirected to answer in app, it doesn't receive the call unless the app is open. I read somewhere that the team is working on that.

Summary: Love it good customer support. Really simple to use, Sonetel solved a problem I had when traveling. I I’ll be using it for many years to come

Negative: I really like Sonetel. So far no cons for me and for my company.

Summary: It has been a good experience and the customer support has been very helpful the entire time, if a little slow to respond as they are not in my country/time zone.

Positive: I like that I seem to be in the country the number is associated with. This has helped me when I do not want the company I am involved with to know I am not in their country. People can call and text me with a local number and they don't pay for an international call/text and I only pay .02c per minute to receive the call, which is very inexpensive and I pay nothing to receive texts (which come to my email).

The monthly cost is very reasonable, $2.99 US.

Negative: I would like the texts to go to my phone rather than email.

Summary: Always a pleasure and I use Sonetel for all of my clients for many years. The platform is organized and easy to use.

Positive: Easy to set up and add credit yourself. The platform is easy to use as well. I have used them for many years as a reseller to many clients. Great customer support.

Negative: No problems experienced. It is a service that is very easy to use and offers great customer service.

Positive: I have been overwhelmed after using the services as it is user friendly and hassle free. The AI customer support is worth to mention.

Negative: Webpage can be made more attractive by adding colour combinations.
