Summary: Shazia from Sonetel guided me through the time to understand how Sonetel works. Her reactivity and clarity are the reason for my 5 stars notation. I had never used a Virtual Phone number before.

I can say now that Sonetel is a Swedish company that is listed and trustworthy.

Positive: Sonetel support is awesome: reactive, clear, precise.

I needed a Canadian number for banks and business purposes, but did not need to pay the full incumbent Telco price as my European Phone works fine in Canada. I researched the Virtual Phone competition market.

Sonetel offers the best value. Incomparable pricing.

Negative: I had never used a Virtual Phone number before, so getting used to the Sonetel system and the different payment schemes took me some time.

Also, as I had no prior knowledge or brand recognition of Sonetel, I was always wary of being involved with a legitimate company. I have been a victim of Internet abuse, and I have a high level of sensitivity; obviously, Sonetel is legit.

Summary: Before Sonetel, I worked with a few competitors, and I am now very satisfied by them. If you hesitate between several companies, start to use Sonetel first, as you'll get a great value for an honest price!

Negative: Everything is good, except maybe that the SMS are not always supported, as it depends on the country, provider etc.

Summary: I am very much impressed and i would always recommend Sonetel to business associate as it give room for easy connectivity to clients.

Positive: The app is user friendly, the call connection is standard and the customer service is top notch. Sonetel is the future to virtual numbers.

Negative: Pricing is a bit on the high side and more payments options like bitcoin should be added.

Summary: Overall a good product, and a good team managing it. Once they figure out your requests they do the best in helping you out and satisfy your needs.

Positive: My issues were solved once I contacted the customer service team. Activating the numbers are a challenge with local demands of ids, proof of residence and so on, but they take their time and guide you through the process.

Negative: Maybe more user friendly on the dashboard center.

The voicemail setup is simple, I added my own voice message and get an email notification when someone leaves a message.

Negative: I wish it could send text messages with this service, although I've read it's been worked on so hopefully soon.

Summary: I've used a lot of DID services but Sonetel is the top 3 for me, purchase the number, set up the destination, and you're good to go.

Positive: Easy to set up, affordable, fast compliance support.

Negative: Nothing so far, you can find almost every DIDs you need.

Summary: I came across this company by chance, because I was looking for a virtual mobile number. While surfing the internet I clicked on their concept. I first created an account as a test and everything went smoothly. The internet is full of these services that are disappointing. But Sonetel is the big difference here and is not expensive. 5 stars easily earned. Happy New Year and keep up the good work.
