Summary: Excellent experience and can only recommend. This review relates to getting a UK business number. Excellent customer service.

Positive: Excellent customer service when I had an issue with the number provided. Sorted it out very quickly. Efficient and friendly communication. Very easy to use and quick to get required number

Negative: There is nothing to fault. All very clear and easy to use.

Negative: As such no cons. Overall it was the best experience.

Positive: The answers that exactly I need to know and fast support. Even though they did not have my history, they found all the detailed information to support.

Negative: Nothing so far and I am still looking for a 2-Step Authorization message to receive from anywhere just like a mobile phone.

Summary: Sonetel products are very easy to pay with various easier payment methods and simply user friendly interface. Overall, the services are the best in both quality and ease of acquiring. I will continue to recommend Sonetel to my clients and friends.

Positive: Their phone service is awesome especially the user friendly interactive voice system (IVR)... the best I have ever used.

Negative: None for now, their services and prices are great.

Summary: Our German company has been with Sonetel for over 3 years now. We never had a serious problem or downtime and any questions were always answered from their support to full satisfaction. We can 100% recommend them to every business which is doing sales outside from their own country.

Negative: - sudden increase in pricing for call to Germany from $0.011 to $1.155 :c
(but the fantastic support of Sonetel "Aysha T." found a solution for us, which made the price go down again to approx. 1 cent/Euro cent per minute :)

Summary: Overall the functionality seems to very user friendly and efficient.

Positive: Customer service was prompt, courteous, efficient. The product pricing is comparable, was very easy to get the service going.

Negative: Only problem, I currently have is getting the text script function to save and replace current Audio voicemail message.

Summary: He answered with clarity and explained things well. He's a big help. We would definitely recommend them.

Positive: Answered in timely manner, I have all the answers in all of my concern. He's been patient and is very helpful.

Negative: So far there's a little pause but it's fine. I would say, it's not that perfect but it doesn't really affect the assistance given.

Summary: Overall I am content with Sonetel's service, and would definitely recommend them. It is easy to use and you can check your bills on the website, so its user friendly.

Positive: I have been using Sonetel for my second year now, and I can declare that their service and support is excellent. The support team were very helpful, especially Yash who answered all my questions and guided me to pick the most suitable plan for my business.

Negative: It would be good if the free of charge plan would include sms service which can be billed by the amount of sms received.

Summary: Excellent customer service, quick, knowledgeable with follow up via email. With their free trial offer it is hard togo wrong.

Positive: When I called Sonetel Customer Service I did not have to wait more than a few seconds for a representative (unusual for most companies). I was helped by Harsha who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was interested in call forwarding and sms forwarding (not available when I subscribed in 2019) and Harsha set them up for me in a couple of minutes. I am very satisfied with Sonetel's Customer Service.

Negative: I have not found any cons though I have received a few spam voicemails.

Summary: My overall experience so far has been very good. Good connection, always working, and very good customer service.

Positive: I got a very quick and friendly response from customer service to a problem which paused my account, and the solution came along right away. Thank you very much!

Negative: Recently the pricing went up 100% for my country, probably not Sonetel's making but their partner.
Since a while I get spam calls from US insurances through this phone number. This number shouldn't be available to spam.

Summary: It has been amazing to work with such a talented, knowledgeable and supportive team at Sonetel - they made sure that I got my number up and running with a lightening speed. Good luck and keep the good team work, always ON.

Positive: Sonetel is the most reliable, easy to use, and economical way to connect with your friends, family and businesses - all across the globe.

Negative: Perhaps a bit more clarity on the documentation process to join, would make it a perfect - 10.

Positive: What i really like the most is the call transfer to my actual number with no need for internet and no need to install an app on my phone.

Negative: As i'm a new user of this service, I don't have a long experience to know what is not expected as a bad experience.

Summary: Perfect solution. Now this problem has been solved with Sonetel Divert solution, easy and in budget.

Positive: I was needing a phone number to Cyprus because i am traveling and was not possible to answer to any call.

Negative: Nothing I don't like, everything is what i need.

Negative: Not cost effective compare to other services, customer portal needs to be optimised for its working on all features to be made more user friendly in terms of adding and updating users and new phone numbers

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Sonetel. The service is great for anyone living around the world, even though the company is in Scandanavia and we are in North America. Seamless.

Positive: Simple, low cost, great customer services with live agents who are well trained. We really have no complaints with the toll free number and the business numbers.

Negative: Sometimes changing things on our numbers and plans are not super easy to understand.
