Summary: It has been a good experience so far, a good feature will be to be able to reply from the email Sonetel sends when an SMS arrives with the USA number or any other number that you do choose.

Positive: For me it has been a really useful tool, since I do have a software development agency plus I do work as a consultant for USA companies, having presence with a USA number helps me to have a more professional image plus the help to separate my personal and professional life with two numbers or more in a single mobile device.

Negative: Is not so cheap or maybe it is because with the sum of all the SaaS that nowadays we have to pay is what I do feel, but I understand all the infrastructure needed in order to create something like Sonetel.

Summary: So far satisfied with services. Attentive, professional and friendly staff available and get back to you through voice call or emails very quick.

Summary: I have enjoyed every bit of Sonetel. I tried signing up for an Australian number on several platforms and they made it so difficult, Sonetel made it very easy and the onboarding process smooth.

Positive: I like that I can make calls easily at an affordable rate with Sonetel.

The support is also very great, they are quick to respond and always help to solve issues. I had the most amazing onboarding experience.

Negative: I can’t send text messages with the phone number which is very limiting.

Summary: I have found the services of Sonetel very useful and practically without a second of downtime. I had a call drop issue at an exact talk time of 15 minutes which is not an issue with Sonetel. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Positive: Sonetel has state-of-the-art services, I was astonished to see the straightforward approach on their portal. they provide more services than an average service provider. wonderful support team.

Negative: They should have an Outbound calling feature as well as a mobile App.

Summary: I took out a Sonetel subscription for its simplicity and practicality. I had already subscribed to an issue last year and I really appreciated it. the use is simple and allows you to receive calls no matter where you are. I highly recommend. it was a friend who recommended it to me.

Positive: I like how easy it is with Sonetel to be able to have a fixed telephone number on the cell phone, it allows you to travel and not have to have a fixed line with a subscription at home. moreover I find that it is not expensive at all to receive calls.

Negative: I find that the address validation time was quite slow, more than two days for me. so I had to wait for my number to be validated.

Summary: There were delays in the verification process which made the verification seem a bit longer. But Vikas was very helpful and we managed to sort it out.

Overall and looking at how issues were handled and what I am getting from the product since usage, I can the service is great.

Positive: - The portal is looks simple and easy to use.
- Support Team is dedicated to assisting.
- There are different plans to suit businesses of different sizes.

Negative: The Support Team is not familiar with phone numbers for different cities and surrounding areas. It causes delay in the verification process which could result in loss of income for businesses.

Recommendation: Use google maps to verify where location per the proof of address provide is in relation to the cities.

I hope that I will be able to use the system smoothly. There is still some work to do and I am on the learning curve.

I am experiencing problems with the interface on both the desktop and phone (the PHONE button is missing and several other minor issues). But it may be due to my lack of experience. I will talk first with your tech support team to sort out the issues. And in the end they might not be negatives after all.
