Positive: I looked at many competitors before choosing Sonetel based on:
- the different plans and their progressivity
- the ability to do quick tests of the features I needed
- the friendliness of the UI to form out the team, the different numbers needed and the administration flexibility provided by the service
- the fair value of the pricing
- the interaction of the support

Negative: None so far. I have just started using the service and everything has worked as expected.

Summary: I recommend you to make a video tutorial on YouTube, and leave a channel link on the site. It is cheaper than hire agents for live chat.

Positive: - Fast service
The Sonetel provide phone number with less than 8 hours. It is very comfortable. Nowadays speed is very important to make a business. I have used other services before, but they provide phone number with delay 1-2 days.

Verification is easy to pass, even more when I needed a new phone number I was able to get it without additional verification.

- SMS/call
Good connection + SMS were delivered very fast.

Negative: Start
It is a bit difficult on the start. I haven't seen tutorial how to get SMS from services or friends.

Support
There is no live chat support. Sometimes I need to wait 12-24h for reply.

Summary: Sonetel is a superb site to use. Their quality of call and cost make them affordable and efficient. Their support staff is also ready to assist you ASAP.

Negative: I had trouble setting up the voicemail but the support team helped resolved the issue quickly (within 2 hours).

Summary: Overall, I am very pleased with the service that Sonetel has provided me. I just wish that my Colombia number would be less expensive but that is fine.

Positive: The representative was very professional, and with ease was able to resolve my concerns. The representative is always open to giving me multiple options for my ease in working my business.

Negative: Every time not only in this case, we always have to send multiple emails before we are contacted back and most likely it’s because Sonetel does not work on weekends, which is acceptable.

Summary: I would recommend it to those who are looking for local numbers in different countries across the world.

Positive: We needed a service where we can just get a local number in a country and forward it to an existing number in another country, without the need of a PBX. So this service is offered by Sonetel and they have a good customer support. Quick to respond and fix issues.

Negative: The only con I have is the payment option. If there would be a possibility to purchase credit without linking the card it would be nice.

Summary: Still easy, good service, in about 4 year of service only once there was a service cut problem. I recommend!

Positive: It is really easy to setup, you can change the forward number from your users web. The few times we needed to contact support for questions it was great service and quick.

Negative: For number ID very specific setup we did have to contact support first.

Positive: Cheap and have a lot of numbers available. Support super fast, always within 24h. All options available.

Negative: Takes a little time to get used to the app and you pay per user, but besides that.
