Summary: I have recently opened an account with Sonetel for my freelance activities. I can confirm they really care about customers and their statement in this regards is true: “Customers are at the heart of everything we do at Sonetel.”. I would also add a notice that Sonetel also take accounts security very seriously. Beside the regular KYC verification they make sure customers are not gonna use phone numbers for any reasons not listed in the TOS. After you have passed verification, you will be sure you have a reliable platform to manage your phone services. I wish Sonetel a big success.

Negative: So far Sonetel does not have any cons so am giving them 10⭐️.

Summary: I had no issues, the app is easy to use and clear. It is a lot cheaper than other apps. If you still don't use it, you are missing out on a lot.

Positive: Sonetel is the most simple, user-friendly, efficient and the cheapest business number app. I didn't have any issues yet, and I don't think I will. Email customer support is very helpful and generous, they will give you bonuses.

Negative: It would be better if SMS messages coming to the number could be seen on the app or forwarded to the number calls are forwarded to.

I needed a Canadian number for banks and business purposes, but did not need to pay the full incumbent Telco price as my European Phone works fine in Canada. I researched the Virtual Phone competition market.

Negative: I had never used a Virtual Phone number before, so getting used to the Sonetel system and the different payment schemes took me some time.

Also, as I had no prior knowledge or brand recognition of Sonetel, I was always wary of being involved with a legitimate company. I have been a victim of Internet abuse, and I have a high level of sensitivity; obviously, Sonetel is legit.
