Negative: App responsiveness should be better. Would be great if we can take up the incoming calls in the app itself instead of forwarding to local number.

Summary: I have had the best service since I started using their service a few months ago. I had a little problem a while ago and after emailing them they reached out immediately and sorted it out and everything has been smooth since then. So far so good. I recommend.

If WhatsApp refuse your number just open an account with a SIM card and change the number of your account with a Sonetel number.
