Summary: Excellent customer services! Whenever I need help/assistance the customer care has always been very quick in response.

Positive: Sonetel has been the best app and has helped me in many ways. Easy to operate without any glitch and also has the best customer service.

Negative: I have been using this app for more than 3 months and could not find any issues while operating.

Summary: Awesome experience, awesome product. I need an UK number for my business and Sonetel is the ideal solution.

Positive: I needed assistance in regard to a number I chose. The support team is wonderful and eager to respond to enquires. I am happy to be a Sonetel customer.

Negative: There is no minus in regard to the service, and there is no minus in regard to the support I needed.

Summary: My overall experience with Sonetel has been fine, so far. They do exactly what they say they do in their website.

Positive: I was having trouble trying to verify my own number with Sonetel. For some reason, my own mobile couldn't receive the Sonetel verification SMS.

I reached out to their support email and was surprised that an actual human called me back to manually verify my number!

Shazia was very patient and even called me back twice after the first call was abruptly disconnected.

Negative: I am not sure the reason why I couldn't receive the Sonetel SMS verification. Maybe it's a problem with my carrier; I don't know.

Summary: Good from start to end. I have to accept their need for identity verification etc. in these times too many people are on a scam.

Positive: The proactive helpful attitude. The person that assisted me (Rounak) has put time and effort into getting me up and running with this system. Therefore I would recommend the person highly.

Negative: Nothing. All good. I can't really come up with anything I am not happy with.

Summary: Overall positive and hoping it will stay so. Call quality seemed good with no problems connecting and good sound.

Positive: Good customer care and fast replies. Fairly fast verification process. Easy to register and start using.

Negative: Could have done the verification before charging money in case it’s not approved.

Summary: Very useful tool and communication system. Especially useful on the trip to get communication with business partners who could not detect difference comparing with standard lines.

Positive: Ability to communicate easily and price wise. Simple set up and use. Sound quality is very good and it is streamline for callers.

Negative: Calling app little confusing. Instructions could be more precise.

Summary: I just renewed my subscription and I am happy with the product and the services. The website is easy to use and when encountering difficulties the client service was effective.

Positive: The price is good, the service is good and effective and it works. I just renewed my subscription for another term.

Negative: Once there was a problem with one of their suppliers and I had to reroute, but it was a one off in eight years, it was manageable and they helped me though until it was resolved.

Summary: Fantastic service! Great Experience I recommend it to just about anyone who is looking for a good service call provider.

Positive: Easy to use software, receive calls in real time, good customer support would recommend it to anyone out there looking for a call forwarding service.

Negative: None, the service is up to par and the customer service is responsive.

Summary: It took a couple of days to process my ID etc. so that I could get my local number. After that, it was plain sailing. As a one-man-band it means I can have a local number for my business, and webchat, and have them route directly to my phone, for very little cost. Also - it took minimal effort on my part. A pleasant surprise.

Positive: For a small business, the cost is very attractive. Usually this comes with a poor user experience, but not in this case. It seems fairly powerful (although it can't compete with Zendesk or Genesys) and I think it will scale with my business.

Negative: The documentation needs work. They have taken the correct approach in trying to design an application that is so intuitive that no one will need the documentation, but it would be nice to have anyway.

Summary: Sonetel truly EXCEEDED my expectations by leaps and bounds! We are utilizing it for a singular line but I would hazard to guess that this would work beautifully for a business needing international lines!

Positive: I reached out to them to see when a number would be available for Japan, my son just got a job there and needed a local number. They jumped through many hoops to get him taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service received from Shazia, Amit, and Vikas! They were Patient, Kind, and Persevered to get him a number!

Negative: I am completely happy with the service I received!

Summary: I would recommend Sonetel to anyone who wants to have an international phone number and needs to redirects calls and text messages to their local phone number. Amazing.

Positive: I think the best thing about Sonetel is the easiness of the overall service. Setup only takes minutes.

Negative: It has restrictions for using as a phone number for Bank alerts. Also, you would receive TXT messages via email. Not a major downfall for me, but it would be nice if you could receive text messages as text messages.

Summary: I subscribed and start using this service a few days ago. I feel everything is perfect in this service and the interface is also very familiar to handling everything.

Positive: Sonetel is the best service provider for assigning Singapore's mobile number to my personal number. And it is very useful to company purpose.

Negative: For SMS service is not available in this service.

I have been using Sonetel for many years and have never had a problem with either their products or support.

Negative: The Android app could be more comprehensive - apart from that totally satisfied.

-Excellent customer service that takes the time to address all questions and make sure you're getting the most out of your service

Negative: No cons, we love the service. The web interface is slightly less intuitive but once you're familiar with it, it's a breeze.

Summary: Very good experience. Friendly staff that deal with your account in a fast and easy manner. Their site is very user friendly even for the novice.

Positive: One of the best customer supports I've had the pleasure of engaging. Very professional. They always have everything available to make your business decisions easier.

Negative: There is nothing that i was unhappy with. Will definitely be using this company more in the future.
