    Summary: My overall experience with Sonetel has been fine, so far. They do exactly what they say they do in their website.

    Positive: I was having trouble trying to verify my own number with Sonetel. For some reason, my own mobile couldn't receive the Sonetel verification SMS.

    I reached out to their support email and was surprised that an actual human called me back to manually verify my number!

    Shazia was very patient and even called me back twice after the first call was abruptly disconnected.

    Negative: I am not sure the reason why I couldn't receive the Sonetel SMS verification. Maybe it's a problem with my carrier; I don't know.

    Oustanding solution for SMEs

    Summary: It took a couple of days to process my ID etc. so that I could get my local number. After that, it was plain sailing. As a one-man-band it means I can have a local number for my business, and webchat, and have them route directly to my phone, for very little cost. Also - it took minimal effort on my part. A pleasant surprise.

    Positive: For a small business, the cost is very attractive. Usually this comes with a poor user experience, but not in this case. It seems fairly powerful (although it can't compete with Zendesk or Genesys) and I think it will scale with my business.

    Negative: The documentation needs work. They have taken the correct approach in trying to design an application that is so intuitive that no one will need the documentation, but it would be nice to have anyway.

    Summary: Sonetel truly EXCEEDED my expectations by leaps and bounds! We are utilizing it for a singular line but I would hazard to guess that this would work beautifully for a business needing international lines!
