Positive: I like the ability and flexibility of the company Sonetel that gives the costumes having local phone number and long distance number all around the world using virtual numbers.

Negative: Sometimes I get phone calls from us and other countries
speaking to me in Chinese.

Negative: Some UI issues are there which are not acceptable and need to be solved urgently.

Cost estimations are also one of the factors which need to be considered as most of the users are from developing countries.

Positive: It is easy to navigate through the portal and customize the service according to one's needs. It will be better if customers can be educated on using virtual assistant features etc.

Negative: If the numbers can be vetted in True caller so that it is not mentioned as spam etc then that will be perfect.

Summary: Great service with easy set up, a little bit complicated at some point but great in general, would recommend to try.

Positive: Easy to set up, fast replies from support, we've been using it for quite a long time and there were no major issues so far.

Negative: So far so good, maybe the autoreply function is not working the way we thought it would be but in general everything is ok.

Negative: The design in the admin panel is a little outdated but this does not compromise the experience.

Negative: Application design can go better but am actually enjoying the services.

Summary: Can highly recommend. Tried 3 other providers and liked this one the best considering geographical coverage, features and price.

Positive: Easy to use platform to manage multiple numbers across your actual and virtual offices around the world. Makes it easy to set up rules of call routing amongst your team. Priced reasonably.

Negative: Some countries require extra steps to obtain local numbers so it's not instant but Sonetel reviews documents quickly.

Summary: Over all Sonetel is excellent. Using the service for about 7 years now. As said, Call quality, billing services, customer service and support are all excellent. Negative: No more phone support is available. Phone support needs to be resumed. Email support takes a longer time to provide necessary support. For premium usage, more calling minutes are required to be given, if possibly not in the existing price then in that case the price needs to be increased. Even in case of the premium usage, after the minutes are exhausted there is no option of recharge the premium in the same month, which is again a big problem. These points are needed to be taken care. Thanks.

Summary: 100% would recommend to give it a try and you would get very dependent on it. Loving the service I have received so far.

Positive: I have been referred to Sonetel through a frustrated customer/ friend of mine. He had complaints like delayed response, late replies, slow complaint rectification, technical glitches and a lot more. But still he referred Sonetel to me. When I asked the reason that it was all during the covid 19 period and whole world was stuck in a different kind of problem.
Before and after covid era he was satisfied with Sonetel. And since the covid is under control, Sonetel performance too improved by multiple folds.

He used virtual phones of many other companies too but he rated Sonetel on the top of all. End of the story- He is completely satisfied with the performance of Sonetel.

Negative: Delayed response (during covid times).
Lot of technical glitches (during covid times).

Positive: Sonetel has flexible payment system tailored to your needs. The voice service is clear and very audible. The support team are very responsive and the entry process of getting a virtual SIM is simple and easy as long as you have all documents ready.

Negative: Not at all. The premium subscription seems to be very expensive for me hence the choice for a yearly plan whilst recharging my wallet at will.

Summary: I have been using the product for 5 years. It's easy to use. The call cost is low. Lots of people like this product.

Positive: Easy to make calls. We can import phone contacts into the Sonetel app. Make calls easy. Sonetel also pays interest for the balance.

Negative: Dialing function could have better designed. But it should be OK.

Summary: Good experience using the Sonetel virtual sim card. Very convenient in getting new sim card and using it extensively.

Positive: Ease of getting new cell line online.
Quick address to online queries, so the support is good and fast.

Negative: Nothing significant cons observed with current usage.
