Summary: I use Sonetel almost 10 years now with my ip phone, we have a Mexican number to stay in contact with family. It is the easiest and cheapest company we could find and in case of problems there is always a fast response.

Positive: Fast response on my question about a financial problem, answer and solved within one day as always!

Negative: Nothing to complain about, fast and accurate response.

Summary: This was the 2nd time I became client. The company lasts. The 1st time I become client was in 2015. Now I needed a European number and it was always there when I needed. And best of all: Affordable and reliable phone, and perfect customer service...

Positive: The service is excellent! Worldwide numbers available! You simply choose and test immediately and its ready to use.

Negative: The only drawback this time was that the Portugal phone I needed does not receive SMS.

Summary: Great experience overall, will definitely be staying as a long term customer. I will be recommending Sonetel to startup friends in need of international phone numbers.

Positive: - Onboarded to Sonetel extremely fast and efficiently. Glad to see they are very compliant in local rules and it shows a great level of professionality. Also helps me to know my information is safe with them and the numbers I'm using are clean.

Negative: No complaints, any small problems that came up during the set up process was immediately resolved.

Positive: I heard about this Network Sonetel on the internet, and was a little skeptical using it, but that's the best decision so far. The staff was professional with detailed explanation on how to activate the phone line.

Negative: Their is nothing I don't like about Sonetel because their customer service efficiency is excellent and very fast to respond in any kind of problems.

Summary: Overall it's a good product, with some nice features like pick your own number, the pricing is fair as well.

Positive: The user interface and call forwarding services are nice. The customer service is quick to respond and help as well.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of, only thing I can recommend is that there is scope of improvement in the phone app as it crashes on and off.

Summary: It had been sufficient for my use and if I ever need any of the other features in the future, I'll definitely try setting them up with Sonetel first.

Positive: The customer service is one of the best I have seen. I am not using the service much and just privately but so far it has worked well. And I am certain I can rely on the support if anything should happen.

Negative: In seriousness, for my private use, there seems to be no downside. If I have to find anything, the UI and structure seems a bit confusing at first but it isn't bad after you have found everything. That is all I can tell from my use.

Summary: This fantastic organization allows me to have a Canadian phone without living there. Another important reason is that you connect people worldwide.

Positive: I like that you work so fast; I can receive a call from other places; this allows people to have phone calls from everywhere only paying a few dollars.

Negative: Some corporative phone numbers do not work; this is probably because some companies do not allow you.

Summary: We're using Sonetel to run our international phone numbers. There are many providers for international call forwarding, but Sonetel offers the best value for money and a service that focuses on the essentials - just what you need, not more, very transparent and so far quite reliable. We can definitely recommend it.

Summary: Great experience. I interacted with Yash and Eshwar from customer service team. They were very helpful and prompt in their response. Very impressive. Would recommend this product.

Negative: Number used during trial period was removed in 5 days without prior intimation. A warning message or prior intimation to purchase before deactivation would have been useful.

If you are looking for a service that allows phone calls, web chat ( and probably more when you see this - they seem to be adding features constantly), then give it a try.
There is monthly, yearly and credit options for most features, and free as well, so.... Try it :)

We are not power users for this service, but what we use works like a charm (mostly phone options, don't use website options currently)
