Summary: Very good. As I said it would be nice if they add the identity verification feature to the list of services they provide. Other than that, Sonetel is highly recommended for making and receiving calls.

Positive: Fast and reliable. It only took me less than one day to know about the services and purchase my local number. Communication with staff through email is very easy and fast. Sonetel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Negative: I only wish that Sonetel would include identity validation in the services they provide. It is helpful to have this service when a third party require authentication.

Summary: The last time I attempted to acquire overseas number, or a US number for when I was traveling, it was a very painful and inefficient and troublesome process (it was NOT Sonetel). Having entered the market again with a new requirement and seeking a new supplier and service I came across Sonetel and, after reviewing a number of suppliers, came back to Sonetel because their service just appeared to be so simple easy and outstanding value. The reviews are also excellent. My dealing with support was very prompt, efficient and accurate. Have no hesitation in recommending them five stars.

Positive: Very easy to use, intuitive interface. Very good value. I had a new number and all operational interest a few minutes.

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was so good it's not even worth trying to find something to put into this box :-D

Summary: Overall I am happy with the use of the Sonetel solution for my very small company. I can have customers calling me in their own geos for a price I can afford. Give it a try!

Positive: It's very easy to sign in, create teams and configure calls the way you want. Cross team functionality is easy, the mobile application is user-friendly. Once the configuration is complete, incoming calls are routed properly to the team members according to the defined rules.

Negative: Getting a dial-in number verified can take time (plan for a few days) depending on your country verification requirements, but the Sonetel Support Team was really responsive & helpful. The administration of the company cannot happen in the mobile app, it sends you to a web browser page. Nothing major, nor super annoying, I can live with it.

Summary: The Sonetel is a good product to use. Which is an easy interface to work with and a good support team which gives excellent support to resolve the issues.

Positive: We are using this product for more than 5 + years, the product is easy to use and which as excellent support. The Sonetel has good documentation to help us to configure.

Negative: If we have 24/7 support it will be good for Admins.

Summary: Sure is the paperwork to get a number in another country is a nightmare but with support of Sonetel all went well.

Positive: The navigation in the product easy to use and after a few trials the most usable functions are well known.

Negative: Some functions like direct calls can be made easier. But with help of FAQ possible.

Summary: The experience has been great so far. However, there is room for improvement concerning the delay when verifying an address when a mail is not sent.

Positive: Sonetel provides quick responses to escalated issues, good technical support and also quick number activation.

Summary: I use Sonetel almost 10 years now with my ip phone, we have a Mexican number to stay in contact with family. It is the easiest and cheapest company we could find and in case of problems there is always a fast response.

Summary: This was the 2nd time I became client. The company lasts. The 1st time I become client was in 2015. Now I needed a European number and it was always there when I needed. And best of all: Affordable and reliable phone, and perfect customer service...

Positive: The service is excellent! Worldwide numbers available! You simply choose and test immediately and its ready to use.

Negative: The only drawback this time was that the Portugal phone I needed does not receive SMS.

Positive: I heard about this Network Sonetel on the internet, and was a little skeptical using it, but that's the best decision so far. The staff was professional with detailed explanation on how to activate the phone line.

Negative: Their is nothing I don't like about Sonetel because their customer service efficiency is excellent and very fast to respond in any kind of problems.
