Summary: Will recommend! I landed upon this service from a reference I saw on Quora. This was no 3rd or 4th service to go for. However after going through all of them for trial I selected Sonetel.

Positive: Quick setup and good setup documentations. I had issues with my verification initially, however the support executive sorted it out swiftly.

Negative: The price is a bit on the higher end and limited voice apps.

Summary: My overall experience is that I am very happy to use the customer support of Sonetel because they provide me with a solution directly.

Positive: Whenever I have a question they answer me fast and accurately. We have not faced any issue with the Sonetel platform.

Negative: No cons yet. Every time I need assistance from Sonetel they are ready to provide.

Summary: Great online service with good adaptations that provide both telephone and customer service solutions in the same place.

Positive: With its ingenious integration with customer support towards my own website and Facebook, solutions are very suitable for my use. Even with my old Grandstream ip phones, the installation was easy with good instructions available on Sonetel's web pages.

Negative: It was no easy for me to set up Asterisk PBX server. Maybe when I have more experience it will be easier.

Summary: Overall would recommend to users. Service is good. Call is good. Worth the money. Ease of use, clean UI.

Positive: Fast customer response and support, Clean & Modern UI, Good pricing, Call quality good, SMS feature support.

Negative: Locked my account due to suspicious activity for some reason.

Summary: Overall, go for it. It is a right choice for anybody who is looking for a virtual Canada number. I must recommend it with my experience so far.

Positive: I am using this service and I feel it is an excellent one. Voice is clear. Phone number is having lots of area options to choose from. Easy to setup. Low cost.

Negative: Nothing as much which I could share now. Service is nice. Solution is good. And so far, I am happy.

I am not a techie guy, but it seems that they provide plenty of options.

Positive: Support is perfect. Very quick response and they answer your questions almost immediately.
An online chat would be welcome though.

Negative: Not the best user friendly interface. And verification system not very clear.
Also, even if your phone number is still being verified, it does not show on the dashboard.

Summary: I am having a great experience using Sonetel number for incoming calls. and hopeful to get job soon too.
I choose my desired number which is easy to remember anyone.

Positive: I have recently received PR for Australia but I was skeptical to leave current job and move to Australia without any job.
Now with Sonetel virtual number I can apply for jobs in Australia and participate in interviews. I hope it will help to get job before I move.
I have started receiving calls as well for interviews.

Another good thing is you can choose your own number from the list of available numbers.

Negative: 1. Initially I had issues forwarding calls to my local number but now everything is sorted.
2. You cannot make outgoing using this number or may be it requires a premium plan. I am not sure of that.

Summary: Very pleased with the services. Will continue using and will hope for new and additional features to come.

Negative: Need some form of in app texting mechanism and same number for outgoing.

Summary: Overall, I'm quite happy with the service and would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get a local number in any country.

Positive: Intuitive web portal. It's so easy to navigate and go through the process of getting a phone number.
Excellent service in completing the whole process from verification to activating the phone number, all within just one day.
The prices are reasonable as compared to other providers. The upfront cost is less and you pay as per your usage.

Negative: So far I have not faced any problems with the service.

Summary: Sonetel is still my choice after 2+ years. It just works and has the extra features I need, that I can't easily find on other platforms. I only wish they invest more in improving their web app's UI!

Positive: - Pricing is reasonable. I could say it's been one of the cheapest I could ever find with the features I need so far.
- Voicemail works great! You can upload a greeting message and it instantly plays without any Sonetel branding as other telecom companies do, and it sends the recordings straight to your email inbox (which in turn you could forward to a VA or some SaaS for transcription). I used it along with an app to send any unknown number straight to the voicemail, and it worked like a charm.
- Never had any issues with sound quality and call connection stability
- Can't say that the web app is excellent, but when compared to some other companies out there, can't say it's bad either

Negative: - I wish the verification stop could be faster! But 1 business day on average sounds reasonable if you consider they need to verify addresses and IDs from several countries
- The web app's UI navigation can definitely be improved. It's not ugly or outdated, but I often get lost there even with just a small set of features!
- Pricing can be confusing

Summary: Great experience, I like the services.
And a lot of useful tools that I am looking to use. And easy singe up system that anyone can do.

Positive: It was my first time doing this and I had trouble with my verification and the customer support helped me a lot. Definitely recommend the company!

Negative: Till now have nothing to complain about. Can't see anything that I don't like yet.

Summary: The whole process was very straightforward we had to set up a new account from scratch to deal with this company but we will probably connect further numbers as in when needed.

Positive: Everything was very straightforward it was connected within a day and the sound quality is excellent.

Negative: Nothing bad to say about it it was easy to sort out and works perfectly.
